Short version: Bought a used Mustang, HVAC and multiple lights out. Said they would fix it. Entire time I have been blocked from talking to any decision makers, and have not got a single call with an updat lights out. Said they would fix it. Entire time I have been blocked from talking to any decision makers, and have not got a single call with an update except in response to my calls. Was told it was fixed, and only half of the punch list had been actioned, with a blinker still out and heat not working. Bought the car on 12/14. Turns out it had no A/C and the heat did not work on one side, plus a headlight, blinker and foglight out. Shame on me for not checking basic functions. Brought it back on 12/15, they said they would fix it. Dropped off 12/26 which was the soonest available appointment. Car sat for the 1/2-1/9 waiting for approval since the GM was out of office. Was told the car was ready on 1/13. Go to pick it up on 1/14, heater, blinker and fog light are still not operational. They still have the car, in fact they have had possession of the car more than twice as long as I have. Will update this as things develop. More

Den of thieves. Please don't buy here. Let them dry up and close down. They should not be in buisness. They will lie and steal and not call you back. From the GM Ray to the Finance Director Amir... and everyone in between, my experience was first class! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Ram, Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler! More
Extremely rude and poor attitude people. They just put markups on any and every car. They are vultures who stand outside the dealership since their sales are anyways low. I wish we had read these reviews BEFORE we purchased a car from this dealer. We ended up buying a new 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited. We had walked in telling them we were financing through our credit union car from this dealer. We ended up buying a new 2020 Jeep Cherokee Limited. We had walked in telling them we were financing through our credit union. We were there for 3 hours 2 of which were sitting in the building waiting for them to do what they needed to do for us to leave. We finally got through the finance department and told Eric, our sales person, we would pick up the car the next day around noon. He said he didn't come in until noon but would come in early if we really wanted to pick up the car at noon. We agreed that we could wait to pick up the car and asked him to have it ready by 3. The next day we had some errands to do and I texted Eric letting him know we were on our way around 2:00 pm. When he didn't respond I called him @ 2:30. He asked if we could come and get it in an hour. Obviously he did not do anything to get this car ready. I said no we were on our way- when we showed up we waited for 20 minutes or so and they finally brought the car out. They washed it but did not detail it. The sticker glue was still on the windows. Eric could see my irritation and offered to have me bring the car back in for a detail. But these guys had already established that they promise alot with no action. When he went to hand us the keys there was only one set. Eric told us they couldn't find the other set and that was why it had taken so long the day before . SO THEY PUT US THROUGH ALL THE FINANCING AND KNEW THAT THEY COULD NOT FIND THE SECOND KEY AND NEVER TOLD US UNTIL WE WERE DRIVING OFF THE LOT. Eric PROMISED that they would search for the key the ext day and if not found would order one for us to have next day aired. After two days of not hearing from them I called and wanted to speak with the Sales Manager or the General Manager. Neither one will take our repeated calls or call us back. I called Jeep/Mopar to complain and ask for assistance. The case manager took the case and said she would get back to me. When she did not respond I called and emailed to which she did not respond to either! Yesterday I called Jeep/Mopar and asked for a manager- She was from a different division but assured me she would get the manager of the division I needed to call today. My husband then called and asked for Eric so that we could resolve the second key. The customer service person told us that Eric had our second key but he was out for his birthday. As I no longer trust anyone who works for this unethical dealership- I called and asked for Eric and was promptly transferred to him. My husband had a conversation with him and told Eric to walk over to the Sales Manager or General Manager and tell them to call us back......Crickets. Had they told us the day we were purchasing the car that they did not have a second key we would not have purchased the car. If you do a transaction with this dealer they will NOT be transparent and they will not be truthful. They play large part of why people do NOT trust or like car dealerships and stereotype them to be someplace to avoid at all costs. More
