The car dealership has a wide variety of vehicles. I believe my experience would have been better if I had a different sales representative. He didn't have any knowledge of the vehicle whatsoever and didn't care to find the answers. It was apparent that he didn't want to be working and i overheard him several times stating that he just wanted to go home. I felt like an inconvenience being his customer. There were hidden fees that weren't disclosed. I had a few issues with discrepancies on the finance paperwork, but Jeremy resolved them. Hector was excellent and provided great communication and customer service. I feel my experience would have been completely different if I worked directly with him from the start. More

I will start by saying my current credit situation is horrible, it is a work in progress and with time will improve. With that being said, Danzal is amazing. I felt so comfortable working with them because they genuinely wanted to get me in a car, and not just any car, a car I really like. They made that happen for me and I am so very grateful that I came to their dealership on that day. I was also having a hard time with getting an insurance policy because I haven’t had a car for a pretty long time and I was being quoted very high rates and Danzal worked his magic again and got me a policy at a rate 1/2 the price of what I was being quoted. Thank you both so much again for being kind humans. When the time comes around for a new car I would 100% want to come back and work with them. They have great cars, the service I received was awesome and the energy was all positive. More

This dealership is a total scam. Buyers beware. Please avoid them. They are completely unprofessional and unethical. False advertising and fake 5 star ratings. When I called them ou Buyers beware. When I called them out with my review they reached out yo me and agreed to refund $300 out of the $1880 they had overcharged me. They manipulated the figures and added $1880 at the point of signing the papers which they later said it was administrative fee and this was after they had charged me $275 and $175 for registration and document fees respectively. They added it to the price of the vehicle and taxed it. They took advantage of the total trust I had in them and distracted and deceived me into signing the papers without me knowing that they had inflated the price of the vehicle. That they had changed the agreed price. Please don't trust the 5 stars reviews you see on their site. They are fake and unverified reviews. The day we bought the vehicle David took our phone from us and put 5 stars reviews on it for the dealership. Trust them at your own peril. The price advertised is not the actual price of the vehicle, they are using it to bait buyers in. They have hidden fees of $4,999 which they claimed is your down payment but was not clearly stated. I wish I could give them no star, I would do so. They do not deserve to get any star from me for what they put me through. Don't go there!!! To before warned is to be for armed. More
