Fantastic, helpful, informative, respectful, and understanding of our needs. Immediately offered what we asked, reviewed available product in house, provided similar product for test drive. The F& I guy, Darby, was very clear in reviewing total cost, options, financing and worked with us seamlessly. I'm very pleased with my interactions with Subaru personnel both sales and service. Service diagnosed and fixed a leak of the oil pan gasket in less time than originally estimated. The work was cover personnel both sales and service. Service diagnosed and fixed a leak of the oil pan gasket in less time than originally estimated. The work was covered under the 24,000 mile service coverage and warranty. I will continue to have all maintenance and service done at the Subaru Superstore. More
