Morgan was great! We really appreciated his helpful, relaxed/laid-back approach. He gave us space to process and we didn't feel pressured. He provided a very positive buying experience for us.

One of the best encounters I had with a car dealer. This is a family owned business and reflects their appreciation of having customers to service and not to piss off or flim flam. I have dealt with all kinds in this Vally of the Sun and some I wouldn't even walk across the street with or follow behind me - real gunsels!

Scott Jenkins and the rest of the Subaru Superstore dealership staff were kind, friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. We never felt pressured into anything. They provided prompt answers to our questions and service was quick and painless. We definitely got even more than we could have ever expected from this experience. My Review of Subaru Superstore:
I am always talking to my friends and family about how impressed I am with the service department at the Subaru Superstore in Gilbert, and especially with Mike Harris. Mike has been my service manager since I bought my Forester and he is such a great person! Having someone I can trust when it comes to dealing with car service is invaluable to me - I genuinely feel like he is looking out for my best interests. He is knowledgeable, friendly and always accommodating. I absolutely love my Forester and simply based on the car itself, I would say I am likely to always drive a Subaru ... but it is the quality of service that tips the scale for me so that I feel confident stating that I WILL always drive a Subaru. Thank you, Mike and everyone else at The Subaru Superstore - everyone I have ever encountered there has made my experience a positive one!

My Review of Subaru Superstore:
Everyone I encountered at the Subaru Superstore was friendly and welcoming. Scott was supportive and I did not feel pressured to buy right away, when I started out just wanting to test drive a 2008 Hybrid Ford Escape. He answered all of my questions and gave me room to contact him when I was ready to buy. When I returned to the dealer 4 days later - Scott was helpful in making my sales experience easy and painless. Les Wolfe did the financial side - and was equally friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend this dealer for people looking for cars in the East Valley. 5 stars!!!

My Review of Subaru Superstore:
These guys were great, they work with us completely so that we came home with a great deal and a great new car. What was even better, was that we was that the owner,Richard made sure all of Subaru's resourses were used to our best advantage.

What was even better was the referal they gave us for an insurance quote, which turned out to save us $1,500 per year. We are very happy with The Subaru Superstore of Chandler.

My Review of Subaru Superstore:
Noises between the shift / brake interlock started making noise after several thousand miles and the explaination from the factory rep is that it is characteristic of the Outback and there is no fix! There are several websites with customers experiencing the same defect but Subaru is not interested in addressing the issue. In my opinion it's an expensive fix or design error that cannot be changed after manufacture. Any failure is probably expected to happen after the warranty period.

Mike and Gil did the best they could.. My issue is with Subaru and their ambivalence to correcting the admitted defect. The owner of the Dealership has contacted me and I encourage him to direct his influence toward Subaru to protect the reputation of the dealership.

My boyfriend and I went to the Subaru Superstore last weekend after seeing a used 2011 Impreza advertised on their website. Morgan greeted us as soon as we stepped out of our car and was extremely friendly and helpful. He was very honest about how much he could sell the car for and we were impressed by how great of a deal it was! We had been to other dealerships earlier in the month and had problems with hidden fees, etc. No problems like that existed at Subaru Superstore. This was the first car I had ever purchased and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Morgan and the rest of the Subaru Superstore Staff!!!

My Review of Subaru Superstore:
I shopped online and then went test driving. I drove (4) different cars on three different makes/models. By the time I got to Subaru, I was worn out. I almost didn't keep the appt I set with Brent through the internet. Brent Gunderson was amazing to work with. He listened and helped me sort through my 'wish list' to what I could afford and what vehicle would be best for me. When he had to step away and take care of other customers, others on the sale force filled in and were very kind and helpful (Alex, Charlie). I think I asked a billion questions and got answers to each one.

After I decided on a vehicle, Brent and Les Wolfe (Business Mgr) went to work and obtained a great deal for me. I walked in with a pre-approved car loan. They got me a better loan/terms then I had AND with the bank I really wanted.

Sitting with Les (Business Mgr) was straight-forward and fluid. I didn't feel pressured to add extra items to protect my car or loan. He explained options in a way that made it easy to understand. AND. He worked hard with the bank, went back to them and got me an improved interest rate on the loan!

I purchased the Outback 2.5i Premium with moon roof (an added bonus). I was sad to give up my 2005 Saturn Ion. The car was a great vehicle for me and I took care of it. Even though it's been only a few days, my Outback is fitting pretty good, looks classy and is fun to drive.

Brent took extra time with me to go over and over (cause I didn't get some things the first time) the car's perks and functions. He was SO patient helping me program car functions. It was a hoot to use the Bluetooth function and let the car call family/friends.

Making any kind of major purchase is stressful. Subaru Superstore made the experience enjoyable and stress-free. As a female buyer, it was refreshing to have honest people explain engine jargon, car options, and finance language. I didn't feel like a number, but a person with a name. Everyone made me feel comfortable, including the Owner, Richard Cvijanovich. He was kind and welcomed me to his dealership.

If you're in the market for a new vehicle and your not sure what is best (or who to trust) I highly recommend Brent Gunderson. He's been with the Subaru company for years, is knowledgeable, and (simply) a nice person.
