We were greeted by a salesman but not pressured in any way, made time to listen to what we were looking for even though it went way past the time he was suppose to get off work! He never pressured us so he could get home! Looked at several options from used to new, spent time going over each one with pros and cons. Great overall experience. We bought a new car that day! First time going to a dealership and buying on the same visit!!

We saw our car on Subaru Superstore's website, a beautiful blue 2012 Toyota Prius, and knew it had to be ours despite it being nearly 500 miles from us. After receiving an 'Out-the-Door' price in e-mail, I talked with salesman Daniel Falls several times and bought the car with a credit card down payment. We flew into Phoenix at the end of the week (Daniel offered to pick us up at the airport) and took a $25 Uber to the dealership. Daniel met us at the door and after a few minutes of chit-chat we went for a test drive in our sparkling clean inside and out car. We completed the paperwork and were out the door headed back to Ventura, CA in short order. Daniel and everyone at Subaru Superstore were fantastic!
