Morgan took the time to walk my fiance and myself through every step of purchasing our first car - from initial car selection to giving us the keys. He made the process easy, stress-free, and made sure we selected the right car for our needs. He even went the extra mile to help me get car insurance! My Review Of Subaru Superstore:

I bought 2 cars over a 6 month period. I was happy with the purchase experience on the first car. On the second car, the dealer forgot to remove the vehicle disable. After dinner, we could not start the car. My family and I were stranded. For this reason, we didn't give the dealer a good rating on the Subaru Survey. I was also unsatisfied with a service for warranty. In both cases, the things I liked I rated very well. For things that needed to be fixed, I rated them low.

At our appointed 3000 service, Gill Watters called me and introduced himself as the Service Director. He asked for a "gentlemens agreement" that I never submit another survey ... ever. He stated is takes 5 good reviews to fix one bad one. To me, that means they only want the good reviews. When I refused, he said Subaru Superstore will no longer service my vehicle. He re-iterated, he will service my two vehicles if I submit to his "gentlemens agreement". In good conscious, I once again refused. As a result, I had to call my finance, who was en route to the dealership, to turn around and go home. They are going to refuse service.

Based upon this conversation, Gill had no other issue with me except my Surveys. A survey Subaru uses to see how their brand is represented.

I contacted SOA. They worked hard on the case for an entire day. In the end, they said this is a franchise store and they cannot control them. The SOA representative also confirmed the store owner has knowledge of this and they support his actions.

Now I have a window tint and paint treatment from Subaru Superstore that is no longer warrantied. I have to drive 50+ miles for the 4 free services + warranty work. And, I have an extended service contract I have to go refund.

My three visits for general maintenance on my new Subaru has been extremely pleasent and the work first class. On entering the business you get immediate service and your wait is in a clean cheerful place with coffee and other refreshments. The personnel are very professional
and all questions are answered in a straight, forward manner.

My Review Of Subaru Superstore:

Our 2007 Forester had some problems with the motor and we needed some major work. We live (having moved) in Northern AZ and didn't know where to go. The Chandler Dealership was awesome. They kept us informed during the month and told us what was going on. When your spending so much money getting the car fix, you want to know what is going on. When we picked the car up, within 10 miles, the radiator hose blew. They sent out a service man and totally took care of us and made things were set. Also the dealership was very clean and they had snacks while we waited. Thank you Gil and Dulcinea for such great service!

My Review Of Subaru Superstore:

This was the 12th new car purchase that I've made in my life. The entire process at Chandler Subaru Superstore was the most pleasant of all. I let Scott Jenkins know exactly what we were looking for and unlike most auto sales representatives, Scott listens and found the only vehicle in the state that met our specifications. We got the negotiations over price completed without the usual hand wringing and intervention by the sales manager making the claims of "auto theft at this price". The price we were quoted and paid we were happy with having armed ourselves with online research. This was all done online and the phone, no pressure, no "tactics", no B.S.! Three days later the delivery process was very professional and efficient. What really stood out was Scott Jenkins, who is also a very personable guy with a great sense of humor. We have no problem making the highest recommendation for Chandler Subaru Superstore and Scott Jenkins.
I also would like to commend Brent Gunderson who we also worked with during the delivery. Brent is also an outstanding representative of the quality personable professional's at this dealership.
Finally it should be noted that the Outback we took delivery of was exactly what we had specified at the exact price that was quoted!

We were treated with respect, not pressured, and given every opportunity to make our decision in the time we needed. Morgan Trzaskos couldn't have been a better sales representative for us. He answered each of our questions in terms we could understand. Offered us great hospitality as we waited. He dealt with three of us and even as we left he was helpful in every aspect of our purchase of this great Forester 2010.

My Review Of Subaru Superstore:

I was in the market for a new WRX and was set on a 5-door hatch in dark gray metallic and saw that the superstore in Chandler had two in stock, so I drove down (over 50 miles one way from my side of town) with my dad Friday night to check them out. We got there about an hour before closing time and Ben Johnson was my salesman. I ended up test driving and buying one of the 5 doors that night and have nothing but positive things to say about Ben and everyone else that I interacted with at the dealership. It was the first time I'd ever bought a new car and the experience was much more pleasant than I ever would have imagined. I never felt pressured into making any decisions and the overall environment was very friendly and customer oriented. We didn't end up getting all of the paperwork and whatnot done until 10:30pm, 90 minutes after the store is supposed to close, but you never would have known that while interacting with everyone if you weren't looking at the clock. Brent handled the financial paperwork and did a great job explaining everything. Steve also helped out with a few things and was a fun guy to talk to.

I'm extremely happy with the car and have zero complaints about my end to end purchasing experience. If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing, it was well worth the 105 mile drive! I highly recommend anyone in Arizona that is looking for a Subaru to checkout the Chandler location and to ask for Ben. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and will help you find what you are looking for.
