Carlos Otero is the BOMB.COM I decided to look for a certified used Outback. I had the Impreza hatchback and with my growing family it just wasn't big enough any longer. Aside f I decided to look for a certified used Outback. I had the Impreza hatchback and with my growing family it just wasn't big enough any longer. Aside from more room, I also needed a roof rack, a hitch for towing a light trailer and additional storage space. I had purchased my Impreza at this Subaru location and had such a wonderful experience there that I decided to check here first again. Low and behold I linked up with Carlos and got a smokin' deal. The moment I walked into the store and met my Sales Associate Morgan, I could tell something was different. Morgan is the epitome of customer service! This gentleman went above and beyond. Not only finding the best deal possible but one the exceed my expectations as well. He kept me informed during the whole process and showed concern for everything happening in my personal life as well. I did not feel like I was working with a sales associate but rather a friend.
