An enjoyable experience buying our car The last new car I bought for myself was a 1977 LTD, purchased before getting married. Since then, my wife has had 5 new vehicles, while I've driven either hand-me-down cars or used cars. With our kids grown and gone, my wife and I agreed that my next car would be one of MY choosing, as it will likely be the last car we purchase new. And after 10 years of driving our 2002 Honda Civic (as great a car as it's been), I wanted a vehicle that sat up higher, with better visibility and easier access getting in and out. So after months of reading online reviews, I narrowed my choice to the Ford Escape, Mazda CX 5, and the Subaru Forester and Outback. We visited local dealers and did our test drives. For Subaru, we had a family recommendation to see Morgan Trzaskos at the Subaru Superstore. Although this dealership is an hour from our home, we made the trip to see him, and we're thankful that we did. Although I had already studied the Forester and Outback, Morgan patiently filled in more details, which is important given the increased electronics in today's cars. The Superstore is spacious, modern, and clean, and everyone was friendly and helpful, but never pushy. After our visit and test drive, Morgan checked in occasionally by email or phone, to see if we needed more info - again, low-key and no pressure. We also visited two other Subaru dealerships much closer to our home, but our experiences there were exactly what I remember and dislike about buying a car (i.e., high pressure, pestering, and trying to sell you what they have and not what you want). When I finally got fed up with the same-old, same-old at the other dealerships, we chose to go with the Subaru Superstore. We went through the Costco auto buying service, so that helped reduce our negotiations. We communicated with Morgan via emails and ended up with a very reasonable price for an Outback. Morgan and Josh Decker were very good to work with. We drove to Chandler, ordered our car, and six weeks later returned to pick up our Outback. At delivery, Christine Weber patiently showed us the key features of our car - something we've never encountered before. Although I still have studying to do in the owner's manual, the time that Christine spent with us answered many questions. We love our Outback, and we look forward to the Superstore owners building a dealership closer to our home - planned in about a year. From start to finish, Morgan and the other team members were genuinely interested in us having a positive experience, and we did. We recommend this dealership to anyone who wants the rare experience of actually enjoying the car-buying adventure. More

Great experience I went into Subaru Superstore to look at a used car I had found on their online inventory. We went on two test drives within a week, one with Seton an I went into Subaru Superstore to look at a used car I had found on their online inventory. We went on two test drives within a week, one with Seton and one with Charlie. Both were very patient, knowledgable and friendly. Even though the car I was test driving was not a Subaru, they provided very valuable information about the car. The salesmen provided all of the details about what the dealership has invested into the car-the list was very impressive! I ended up buying the car and am so impressed with the whole car buying process from this dealership. I was never pressured to buy, there were no silly added on fees like other dealerships have, and they reconditioned the vehicle very well. Seton and Charlie went above and beyond to make this experience awesome for us. Mark handled our financing and he was also great. The finance process was quick and easy. I love my new car and I definitely recommend this dealership! More

After our summer vacation we visited and purchased a 3.6 OB that was already on a blanket order. The process was uneventful. I did my homework and I knew what I wanted. The 3.6r - 6 cyl. white OB wth black interior is very nice, fun to drive, and gets excellent gas mileage for a 6 cyl. crossover. The optional side mouldings are functional and they look good. The CVT is quiet and the overall ride is comfortable. I like the rear rador that alerts when oncoming traffic is approaching while backing up. No regrets with Chandler Superstore or the 3.6 R Outback. More

When they heard about my '03 LLBean that was meticulously cared for and in very good condition, they acted very excited and positive. They assured me that I'd receive retail KBB and that they would be eager to sell it from their lot and not to auction. Seton and the other fellow involved even told me they would try to sell it to "a good family." Come on. Another thing that perturbed me - while I was inside dealing with Seton, the trade-in manager approached my car, got in, and drove off to try it out. He didn't introduce himself or ask for my permission. Uncool. One more thing: the two young salesmen (Seton and his partner), both had wedding bands on. I don't think they're married. I think married salesmen are considered more credible and trustworthy than single whippersnappers. So, I amend my initial very positive rating to Below Average (2/5). More

Once again Seton provided top notch customer service and was a pleasure to work with. He helped to meet our needs and made the car buying experience stress free.
