Car buying was easy here but the service center has been a mess. I dropped a car off last Wednesday for an easy fix for a known Subaru issue--Subaru said they would pay for the repair. I was told repair wou a mess. I dropped a car off last Wednesday for an easy fix for a known Subaru issue--Subaru said they would pay for the repair. I was told repair would happen Thursday but then my service advisor was out sick. You would think someone else would take on cases when the person you worked with is gone, but no, I cannot get anyone on the phone, I have called every morning and been told someone would call me back and received zero calls back. It's been 6 days, no offer of a loaner vehicle. Someone who finally answered the phone one day said they could not see that Subaru would pay for the repair so they couldn't start it--I said this had been emailed to my service advisor (he had confirmed this). I offered to forward the same email to this person and did. That was 3 days ago. Still no progress. I feel invisible at this point, I did not realize that if the one person who was helping you is gone you are out of luck. I will never get my car serviced here again. More
I bought a 2017 Forester brand new. It's pristine and has only 24,685 miles on her yet she's spent a total of 16 days at the dealership. While the quality of service I've received from the service desk techs only 24,685 miles on her yet she's spent a total of 16 days at the dealership. While the quality of service I've received from the service desk techs has been inconsistent, Justin has smoothed things over a number of times. He's been attentive and listened to my complaints and feedback, and has responded quickly, professionally, and effectively. More

We were completely happy and content with our Forester for years but after our experience here following a recall for oil consumption we have lost all confidence in our vehicle, the service available to u for years but after our experience here following a recall for oil consumption we have lost all confidence in our vehicle, the service available to us, as well as Subaru as an entire brand and will never consider owning another one. We encountered several issues through the process, but the gist is we are now on our 3rd engine after the initial replacement lasted less than 3,500 miles. Our service advisor (Nate Pettit) has been great through the entire process but the workmanship of the service center and care by management (Justin Allen) has been abysmal. Seeing as they are the only game in town for Subaru and the closest non-Findlay owned dealer is over 200miles away we no longer have any confidence in our once beloved Forester or the service behind the brand and we are in the market for another vehicle now but two things are certain it will not be at a Findlay dealer or a Subaru. It didn't have to end so easily, but Justin made it happen If this is the first review of Justin Allen, I am glad that it is mine. He has shown me that he is a true professional who cares about his customers. If this is the first review of Justin Allen, I am glad that it is mine. He has shown me that he is a true professional who cares about his customers. I had had my car serviced at Subaru of Las Vegas a couple of weeks ago. It was just a basic oil change. When I got the car home, I noticed something that was not there before. I e-mailed Andrew Berney and Mike Rocha and asked for some advice re: how I should handle the situation. Very quickly I got an e-mail from Justin Allen apologizing for the problem and asking me to bring the car in so that he might be able to see what the problem was. When I brought the car in Jason assured me that the problem would be handled immediately and assured me that he would take care that the problem was mediated. Justin could have just put the situation off and not take any responsibility for the problem, but he didn't. He assured me that the matter would be taken care of and that they would provide me with a loaner for the time that it took to fix the issue. I barely had the loaner for two days when I got an e-mail that the matter had been resolved and that they would deliver the car and pick up the loaner the next day. I assured him that I had an appointment near the dealership and would pick up my car and drop off the loaner. The problem was resolved without any argument and it was done very professionally. I was treated with a great deal of respect and drove home very happy with my choice of dealers. I would hope that the administration of the dealership would let Justin see this review and let him know that they feel lucky to have him working there. He certainly gives Subaru of Las Vegas a great name. More
Terrible Customer Service Have been trying for over a week to talk to someone in the service department. They take my name and number and promise to call, but never do. When Have been trying for over a week to talk to someone in the service department. They take my name and number and promise to call, but never do. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was given the same reply - give us your name and number and we'll get back to you. Although the vehicle is well built and they treat you like you are "special" during the buying process, once you own the vehicle do not expect any customer service or help. VERY disappointing! More

He appears to be honest and confident man; committed and passionate about what he does at leading people, and selling and servicing cars. He’s a good communicator, reads people well, and has a natural ability of bringing out the best in others and showing them how to work together as a team. And yet, he seems to be a humble man, who uses his God given strengths and perhaps his weaknesses too, to bring a team together. It was a pleasure, to sit and to listen to his wisdom and I thank him for the advice and understanding I received, May the Great Leader bless you and keep you Burton. May he smile upon you and gift your team. May he look upon you with favor and make you prosper. And thank Kelly also for his wise words as well. Adrian More
Efficient and competent I took my WRX in for service. They did a very competent job and kept me informed of how things were going when I had to leave it overnight. They wer I took my WRX in for service. They did a very competent job and kept me informed of how things were going when I had to leave it overnight. They were very efficient in arranging transportation to and from the dealership. I was very impressed with their prices and willingness to fix items beyond the regular standard maintenance. They showed a little extra care that is missing in most dealerships. More
