A rear wheel bearing went on my 2018 Forrester. I made an appointment, and I left the car for repair. It was all under warranty. They also did an inspection and called me with the recommendations f I made an appointment, and I left the car for repair. It was all under warranty. They also did an inspection and called me with the recommendations for additional service. I had some work done and will schedule the balance of work at another time. The technician sent me a video of his work and the car was ready at the end of the day. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. So happy Jenkins took the dealership over. From the phone call to picking up my car it was a first-class experience. Thanks to the staff! More

Outstanding customer service I loved dealing with everything about this place. I went in for service they had a loaner vehicle waiting for me they had to order parts I was told 2 weeks out they had m everything about this place. I went in for service they had a loaner vehicle waiting for me they had to order parts I was told 2 weeks out they had me back in the next week and done same day so I was able to make my road trip! Cannot say enough good things about this place. More

Service and recall on my Subaru Ascent. First time here under the new ownership. Appointment process was quick and easy, service manager was efficient and friendly checking me in. Everything came back to my satisfaction and the complimentary car wash was a bonus. This was my 2nd service on my Subaru, one under the old dealership, first under the new. This servicecall made me feel valued and welcome whereas the last one (old dealership) made me feel rushed and underappreciated. Even though it is an hour and 15 minute drive one way, we will continue to get our Subaru serviced here! More

Got my car in there for Subaru warranty service, the warranty covered everything, but when I went to get the car they said that I had to pay $3000 for the loaner! I refused so the owner Mr. Plattner cal warranty covered everything, but when I went to get the car they said that I had to pay $3000 for the loaner! I refused so the owner Mr. Plattner called me and told me if I did not pay him cash I would not get my car back, then they tried to tell me if I bought a new car all these would go away, I refused, they called me and said if I did not pay the bill would go up to $7000 now they put a lien on my car for $14,000 and they are selling it at auction because they said I did not pay my bill. Bunch of thieves, literally stole my car from me. Ho, by the way, they also came into my backyard at night and literally stole the loaner car they gave me. More
