Had an oil change and tire rotation appointment at 11:40. At 1:00 I noticed my car still in the bay. I asked if that was my vehicle and why it had not been taken back yet. I think Joanne is a really good advisor. She apologizes for delay in waiting to get checked in when I came 3/8 for my oil change. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service he provided while my car was dropped off on 4/18 and was not finished till Tuesday 4/22.
