I needed to replace my wife's aging minivan with something more econoical. I put Tyler on the job. He was excellent to work with, and was so patient with me as we looked for just the right deal. When a great local trade-in came in, he was on the phone with me immediately. We drove it, we negotiated a fair price, and we bought it. There was no haggling, or pressure. We bought a 2010 sx4 in December 2010 while going over financing our interest rate kept going higher and higher. So we were paying almost as much for a $13,000 loan as a $20,000 loan at 1.9%. So by the time we left we were short $7,000 in vehicle if that makes sense? Well March '11 we took our car to be washed (they offered lifetime car washes) we got it back with a ding and missing paint chips everywhere. Including the rear spoiler, we were informed these were rock chips from salt on the roads or similar. We knew the ding or chips weren't there before because we saw some kind of "goo" on the car and decided to wash it. Before washing it we searched the whole car to see where all this "goo" was. This "goo" was clear and I thought it might cause damage so I was looking for every spot it was at and going to check these spots after washing to see if it caused damage. Well on inspection after washing chips were everywhere but where the "goo" was. So I searched everywhere again and found paint blisters on the hood (next wash will probably be chips) and on the rear spoiler where paint was peeling off (clear coat, paint, and primer). So for 2 weeks we battled with the dealership trying to get them to honor their warranty but they said it was our fault (they would repaint the spoiler). We called corporate (who supposedly has the final say) we called twice the first time the Technical Manager wanted to speak with the dealership about this. A week later (after having the Service Manager tell us they were rock chips and would talk to the Technical Manager about this) we were told they would only repaint the rear spoiler. I called corporate a few hours later after I got a chance. I wanted to speak to someone higher up. It was this call that I was told the Technical Manager had just put in a request to the dealership for more information on our case. The request had been made an hour earlier!! So the dealership never even talked to the Technical Manager who has the final say they just said NO! Online we found hundreds of other stories with the same problem. none of which had been resolved so we decided to trade in before we lost much equity!! We ended up getting a $24,000 loan/car for the same price as our $13,000 loan. I will NEVER buy a Suzuki again. This is a shady operation they are running, we were lied to (don't know who is lying. I don't care anymore, nor do I care to find out since it will probably be more lies). More
We had a major mechanical issue that was repaired under warranty. Truman was very professional in handling the requirements of the warranty and in processing our repairs in a timely and efficient manner. T warranty. Truman commnunicated and followed up on the progress as promised. He definitely over-delivered and exceeded my expectations regarding the process. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give a 20!! From the very first visit, I was treated like a VIP. My crdit was not good, but when no one else would help me, Suzuki did. Whenever I run into someone from Suzuki that knows me, They always ask about our large family and if the vehicles are running good and if there is anything we need. Since day 1 they have been great. I tell everyone I know that Suzuki of Wichita is the only dealer I will ever deal with again. More

Tyler Brickley was wonderful to work with. The whole day was relaxed and easy going. I enjoyed the whole process and absolutely LOVE my Suzuki Forenza. I purchased my second new vehicle from this location, they gave me more for my trades then any other dealership would even consider. I also live in Western KS and my 2nd vehicle was making a noise I thought was strange, he offered to drive 125 miles to meet me so he could bring me a rental and get my vehichle looked @. I am in sales, but he definatley beleives in service after the sale. I have and will continue to send customers to his location because he can get you into the car or truck of your dreams! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Suzuki & my Suzuki dealearship!!!!! The sales & service staff are all super delightful people, and the entire place has a welcome atmosphere. I never believed I would qualify for a new vehicle, but he assured me that it was easier than buying used. I've been happy ever since, and have had several opportunities to get to know their service staff as well, from oil changes, to fixing flats, and even the repairs entailed after I hit a fire extinguisher on the highway--the service department has always been friendly, quick, and (most important) affordable. Suzuki of Wichita smashes every negative comment made about car dealerships and their service departments. The fact is, I won't take my Suzuki anywhere else. I actually like my Suzuki dealearship so much, sometimes I stop in for popcorn & a soda--just to say, "hi!" Thanks, Suzuki of Wichita, for putting a new face on car buying and service! More
