The service here is terrible. They are always short-staffed on technicians. It takes weeks to get an appointment. When you finally get your vehicle in for the appointment, it can be several days before someone looks at it. Recently, they had my car for a couple of weeks, saying that the part they needed was held up in Mexico. I went into the office only to find out that the part had arrived a week before. I've had to bring my vehicle in multiple times to address the same issue. The first time they misdiagnosed it, they fixed the wrong issue. The second time, they claimed to fix it, only to find out that the problem still existed the next day. It won't be long before I sell this car and move on from Jeep. More
This place has gone downhill fast in service the last couple of years. Service people have called my husband 5 times for this service call alone despite being told to call me (wife) for MY Jeep, and this couple of years. Service people have called my husband 5 times for this service call alone despite being told to call me (wife) for MY Jeep, and this has happened about 30 times overall since coming to this dealership for service the last few years, so apparently they think he (software engineer but with a d*xx) is the better person to talk to even though I (automotive journalist, no d*xx) need to approve repairs, which they went ahead with with NO APPROVAL on most recent updated level of repairs they didn't communicate the car needed. Repeatedly mixed up car appointments with my husband's since both were in for service recently for a Wrangler (different size, color, year, accounts) but didn't offer a loaner, didn't follow up, got mad (twice, different people) when I called to find out what was happening, left my car in the service bay for a whole week without telling me when I told them it was causing hardship due to disabilities in the family making mobility challenging, and charged me $2400 instead of original quote of $500 for a repair it didn't even need until I brought it in for maintenance the first time (it left making a terrible noise it didn't make when I brought it in, which was first allegedly just bushings, then ball joints, then tie rod and adjuster sleeve and several other parts they either declined to tell me about or are just charging me extra for nothing since the price went up another $700 since last estimate with no listed changes to service plans). I'm also allergic to their waiting room and only one service employee cares it's life threatening to wait for my car and even told me to come back tomorrow to drop it off when I was already there dropping it off while they were open, which made zero sense unless he just wanted to go home early. Super fun. Maybe next time they could just impale me with the axle and get it over with. At least then they would be addressing me directly. More

There were no issues with purchasing a vehicle. Dean was our salesperson and he was helpful. After our purchase, only two days later, the engine light came on! This dealership had my vehicle for 3 weeks and did not call me once. Every time I called them (every two days), I got the runaround and a bunch of excuses. I even called the general manager and still, no return phone call. After the third, week I finally went to the dealership, and they told me my car was ready. Ready? And you don't contact me! No calls, no communication, only a bunch of excuses from the general manager and folks in the service shop. Customer service is very important to me. I choose dealerships based on customer service. This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from this place. No issues the first time, but that was some time ago. I will never purchase another vehicle from here again. When I went in to find out what was going on, Tom was very apologetic and I appreciated him assisting me. More
