Best dealership that I have ever encountered. I worked directly with my great salesman Chris and the sales manager Antonio. I bought a beautiful used car that many dealerships would sell as is. I asked if they would fix a few things like adding new tires (the ones on the used car needed replacement) and a slight vibration issue. I thought they may tell me to go pound sand. However Antonio did not blink and said done. They went over and above my expectations. I now recommend all of my friends and co-workers to this dealership. I work at Ford Motor company and I told Antonio that he and his team are spectacular to work with. He simply responded we care more about customers than selling cars. We build relationships. So true and I plan on letting Dealer Relations inside of Ford know that more dealerships should be like Ford Suburban Ferndale. What a great experience and I love my 20MY Lincoln MKZ More

Great experience pre-purchase with the Sales Staff, very knowledgeable. Morning of pick-up had to wait quite a while for vehicle to be washed, prepped, etc. Sadly, we were told this all would be complete be knowledgeable. Attention to detail on the paperwork could also be improved. Quite a few items were misworded and incorrect. Lein information from our lender, names on the title, etc. Other than that, a good experience. Would recommend them to others based on friendliness, just plan 3-4 hours on pickup day rather than the 1-2 estimated. More

Sales manager YELLED AT ME and made me CRY for asking questions It started off great. I dropped my car off for an engine warranty and they supplied me with a loaner. When I had the loaner it had somet questions It started off great. I dropped my car off for an engine warranty and they supplied me with a loaner. When I had the loaner it had something happen to it during a below zero night when pulling out of a spot. I immediately texted my sales person who told me to continue driving and everything was under warranty. I told her I didnt feel safe. I brought it back in the next business day and she assured me everything was under warranty. I had to find another car because I was now left without a car until April and I have to go to the hospital and a lot of doctors that I cant be without a car and Ford does not pay for rentals. When I told my sales person that she was not nice and told me I could get my car transferred to a different dealer and pick up my plate from service. I called service and they said I owe 3,500 for an axle that is broken in three places. I called the Sales Manager (Michael Halloran) and he yelled at me until I was in tears and told me I was going to dealers so they would tell me what I wanted to hear and I didnt have any steak in the game and he would not lose 3,500$ over me. I told him I was asking for information and Ford told me I could get a second opinion on the car and he said he wouldn't release the truck because he believes in his service team and he wont allow anyone else to look at it. There is no damage to the truck anywhere else. Everything is in pictures and documented but he told me that he would see me in court then yelled that he was not talking about this anymore. Now they will not put my other car back together and tell me that I will have to pay another shop to fix what they took apart. All I was doing was trying to ask about what happened and how something like this could have happened and ended up in tears. More
