This is a review after 2 years of purchasing my car. I wouldn't recommend purchasing Prepaid Maintenance Plan from this dealer. They messed up my documentation, and made to pay for services I would neve I wouldn't recommend purchasing Prepaid Maintenance Plan from this dealer. They messed up my documentation, and made to pay for services I would never receive. I moved out of state a few months ago, and the new dealer doesn't see all the services mentioned in plan. It was very difficult to get in touch with the right staff at this dealership, so I gave up after multiple tries and voicemails. Eventually, I had to cancel my plan through Mazda Financials. More

Mazen was knowledgeable about the vehicle providing a great vehicle overview. From the time I walked in until I said "Let's do this!" took about 25 minutes, including a test drive.
