Was working with Hunter Holcomb ( Salesman ) for nearly a year and I was specific that I wanted a Ford Focus Titanium ( Silver ) it was on the top of the working with Hunter Holcomb ( Salesman ) for nearly a year and I was specific that I wanted a Ford Focus Titanium ( Silver ) it was on the top of the list. So one came up on my phone and it was with this Dealership I called talked to Ryan ( Salesman ) and I first asked him about the add on fees and as I expected there was a Grand of non sense Permaplate and other fees , but he said the radio and the touch screen wasnt working and waiting on parts. And today I talked with Ed Thompson ( A Sales manager ) and he said it was a fuse so Im confused more than they were. His facts were not correct. Bottom line they do not have your back as I was working with Hunter Holcomb an entire year and he moves on in the same Dealership without telling anyone about his customer contacts and what to look for. ( Used car department ). Someone came and put a deposit on the car as is. I wasnt told that the car can be sold as it was still being serviced , communication with Ryan ( Salesman ) was terrible and trying to get a call thru to the Dealer was next to Impossible as I was told everybody was off today. How do you run a Dealership with nothing but a recorded message?? Never got a call from the real Used Car Manager Justin Pantoya to get anything cleared up because they dont care. Lost the car Iv been looking for over a year because something as simple as communication. This Dealer does not have your back nor will they look out for you as they have proven. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
