I had a terrible experience at Suburban Toyota of Troy on 9/29/2025. I reached out 1-2 weeks before a promotion was ending, and provided them with a detailed email outlining the car, features, monthly payme 9/29/2025. I reached out 1-2 weeks before a promotion was ending, and provided them with a detailed email outlining the car, features, monthly payment and money down that I was seeking and could afford for my daughter returning to MI on Nov 1. I received replies from an AI generated platform "Jessica White", and later from a real sales agent, Dawn Medecke. I reiterated what I was seeking, let the agent know that the promotion was ending on 9/30, so I needed to ensure that the dealership would honor it beyond this date. I was told there were many cars to look at, that they understood the situation with my daughter's return being after that date, and they would work to accommodate my timing and requirements. I expected to hear back from Leng, but never did, despite my emails to her. I was scheduled to meet with Leng at 11:45 am on Saturday, Oct 4. I arrived on time, and sat down at her sales desk, at which time she proceeded to take a call and made me wait 10-15 minutes. I got up and walked around. Upon meeting with her, she acted as though she had no idea who I was or why I was there, then proceeded to tell me there was only 1 - ONE - Impreza that met my criteria and it was way outside my budget. I asked why she would invite me in only to play a bait and switch game. I asked if there were any vehicles they could request from other dealerships. She took some notes and said she would follow-up with me. I was very disappointed in this entire event. I never heard back. I decided to visit Subaru, where we leased a vehicle this past Monday, October 13. More

My husband and I were warmly greeted as soon as we walked through the door. Within minutes we were introduced to a friendly and knowledgeable representative named Drew, who answered all of our questions and through the door.
