My Review of Suburban Volvo Palm Beach:
Purchased a 2009 XC 90 for my wife on March 27th 2012. Matt was great! Friendly, professional and made my car buying experience a pleasant one! Found the model I wanted advertised online and Matt made the transaction a "no nonsense" experience. All others involved including finance we equally as professional and courteous. I would recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Volvo.

I enjoyed working with Matt. He made the buying experience as good as I have experienced in a very long time. I found a vehicle via a website and contacted him. He responded the following morning with a good selection of vehicles that fit the profile I was seeking. I went and drove a car at noon and walked out with it by 2.

My Review of Suburban Volvo Palm Beach:
I called Volvo Service Department at 5-50 pm (during their normal business hours)asked spoke to Sheila Shular. And I was told that she refused to help me as she tired working since 7 am and all she wants to do is go home, she refused answer any of my questions and simply hung up in the middle of the conversation. I've never met more obnoxious representative than her! I recorded our conversation and willing to provide it to her superiors as Volvo employees is Volvo brand. I am amused how in this economy people like Sheila Shular can have a job!

I have always been impressed with the professionalism of the service staff (Frank Hoydick in particular)and their concern for maintaining my vehicles in the best condition. I will always purchase from them with the confidence I will be treated fairly.

My Review of Suburban Volvo Palm Beach:
I Came in to Suburban Volvo because My mother and a couple of friends who have dealt with them spoke very highly. I have been a loyal Honda owner for the past 20 years so I was hesitant to look at the Volvos.... I Must say that my dealing with Matt Arnitz was such an awesome experience. Matt really made me feel as comfortable as anyone could possibly be that is make a huge decision like buying a new vehicle. My Mom just purchased a 2012 S60 and she told me to go talk with Matt and see what he can do. He has a great sense of humor which I appreciate and is very knowledgeable about the Products. I cane in looking to trade my CR-V in for another SUV the numbers on that did not work but Matt guided me and I am now the proud owner of a beautiful S80 I still will probably at some point upgrade to the XC60 or90. I just returned from seeing Matt again, I brought my Partner in today and he is now driving a beautiful 2012 S60. So Yes I would and already have started my referrals to Matt at Suburban Volvo. I will also mention that another guy named Matt in the finance department ran my paperwork and again it was relatively painless :-) I must say the whole process from begin to now has been the almost the best car buying experience I have had in 26 yrs.
I plan to become a loyal Volvo owner from now on.

My Review of Suburban Volvo Palm Beach:
I worked with Matt over the phone to lease a 2012 Volvo T5 S60. He secured me an incredible lease deal which surpassed all the other Volvo dealers in the area. He was able to get me the exact color and options I wanted. Matt communicated with me on a regular basis about the actual delivery date of my vehicle from the port. On the day I arrived to take delivery of the vehicle he had everything prepared and the vehicle ready to go. Everything he promised over the phone and through our emails was delivered. I have leased many cars in the past and have never had such a smooth tranaction. Matt is a true professional. My entire experience with Suburban Volvo was excellent. They are truly a reputable and honest dealership that delivers what they promise which is very rare these days in the car industry...

My Review of Suburban Volvo Palm Beach:
I have taken my car to several dealers over the years, and the only one I would recommend is the one where Yovonne Felix is working. He is kind, professional, and extremely helpful, and above all else, he has integrity. Every time I bring my car to Yovonne, I know the work will be done quickly, accurately, and for a reasonable price. I used to be a Honda man, but the last three cars I bought were from Saturn of West Palm Beach, all because of Yovonne. Now he's at Suburban Volvo. Maybe my next car will be a Volvo. :)
