My Review Of Sullivan Buick GMC:
I recently leased a '13 Terrain from the guys at Sullivan.. Previously, I had bought an Enclave with them. Once again they did not let me down. I was trading in my old truck and they gave me what a feel like was an extremely fair offer. From the research I did, they also gave me a great price on the Terrain I ended up leasing.
But putting price aside, it was the way they handled themselves that really made me happy with the transaction. Gabe walked me though the Terrain and the options and helped guide me to a decision, but never pressuring me. "On this issue, if you want A, I'd go this way, if you prefer B, I'd go this way. But only you can decide if you want A or B". Thats a far cry from other dealers who say "Oh you HAVE to have XXX, with XXX usually being the more expensive choice".
Dan was equally helpful, taking plenty of time to really understand my goals and expectations on pricing, time frame of ownership, future trade values etc. I was debating between buying used or leasing new, and Dan laid out facts and let me decide. In the end, he pointed things out that I hadn't thought of, never pushed me one way or the other, and gave me information I needed to make the choice myself.
As I said in last years review, its hard not to sound like a shill when writing a positive review, but these guys deserve the recognition of the positive way they conduct business.
