Leroy and Chris were very professional and sincere. The problem I had was with Corporate in getting the transmission covered. after a week we had an agreement under Goodwill. I was disappointed in still having to pay for a transmission flush on the defective transmission. when it was misdiagnosed
"Got a great truck but.."
Bought a 13 Ram which is a nice truck but they only had one key fob for it when I bought it. Dealt with Kraig Peterson which was great to do business with and he even offered to pay for a second key fob and to have it activated. I was informed he sent cash but whether it got lost in the mail or what I never received it yet. Still highly recommend dealing with Summit Automotive as well as Kraig and Randy.
