My Review of Sunnyside Toyota:
I have dealt with sunnyside for over 20 years. I have purchased 7 different cars from them and have found them to be helpful in all aspects of a dealership. Sales, service and unfortunatly collision.

I have dealt with the service department more often and find that they are knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I might add always cheerful.

I just got back from this Toyota dealer and it was one of the best shopping experiences I have had. The associates were really helpful and found the perfect car for me. I would recommend going there whether you already have a car in mind or are just shopping around becuase they will be able to help either way!!!

My Review of Sunnyside Toyota:
HORRIBLE!!! Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership so far. Salesmen was impolite and unhelpful. I went looking for a Rav4, and came prepared with its invoice price and TMV, which were around 21 grand. As soon as I tried to negotiate with the sticker price of 24 grand, the dealer balked and said that it couldn't be lowered than that, and to try other dealerships instead. Then proceeded to brush us off in a rude and hostile manner.
