Sorry about the confusion when you spoke with our advisor we explained the charges for the extra service you wanted to know about. You did receive an oil change as well which is a seperate service and charge. We will make sure we explain in more in depth next time. William, we did look in your records of your most recent visit. You had come in for a transmission issue with your shift having an issue one time at a light and we had our Certified mechanics look at it and we did not see an issue with the transmission at all we did recommend other services at that time but did not see an issue with the transmission. I am sorry about the misunderstanding but we did not find an issue as well as your second opinion. If you have any further concerns please contact the service manager, Jeff at 630-942-8300.
