Above and beyond!!! 2017 Chevy 1500 Silverado High Country I had a power draw that drained my hattery completely. The truck has a ATC gull wing conversación, the drivers door opens like a Delorian. My vehicle is extremely important to me because I am not able to just use another vehicle. I had my my battery tested at Les Schwabs and everything tested good. When I had the truck die again I decided it was time to have it looked at. I went to Good Chevrolet in Renton, told them my story and was told that they could get me in a week from when I was there. They suggested I call around to see if someone else could Get me in sooner and after a few calls SUNSET CHEVROLET made it possible to get my truck in that veery same day. service dept I'm leaving 3 stars because the only way I seem to get an apt is to show up in person. Back in Nov 2018, I called and left 2 messages with the service I'm leaving 3 stars because the only way I seem to get an apt is to show up in person. Back in Nov 2018, I called and left 2 messages with the service dept, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I stopped by in the evening on my way home from work and made the apt in person. I saw my message on a post it note and said, well you can throw that away On Monday 1/28/19, I had the same issue. Called service and left a message with Lex at 9:30 am. At 12:30 pm I called again and Lex told me my call would be returned after messages from the weekend were answered. At 3:40 pm I drove to the dealership and made my apt in person. Once again, I could see my message on a post it note waiting for a service tech to return my call. If I didn't work a mile from this dealership, I wouldn't be able to just pop in and make an apt to get my service done. Thankfully what I needed done was able to be done in just over an hour. More

Very poor customer service and rude service personnel I have been taking my vehicle back there for free oil changes for life and other work to be done. Last time I called 4 times and a ok reps were busy I have been taking my vehicle back there for free oil changes for life and other work to be done. Last time I called 4 times and a ok reps were busy and they took my name and number and never called me back. After 1 week of trying to get my vehicle in for service and the DEF gauge fix which they said would set after the last oil change where I told them about the issue. Service agent was rude when I said I’d wait and not drop off he said it could take hours and I asked why they didn’t tell Me that when I made the appointment or have a loaner vehicle to use if it would take that Long. After 3 hours it was done and I asked it to be washed which it wasn’t so I had to wait another 45 minutes to get that done. Very poor and rude service agents. Not all are rude but some are very bad. More

I don’t know if he was in a bad mood or what but he was very condescending and sarcastic from the get go. They then proceeded to find me later and tell me that their 5W-20 is full synthetic. Two people came and told me that. When I looked up the product number from the receipt it is a synthetic blend. Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealer. More

That is a service that you don’t get everywhere and I really appreciated how pretty and clean my car was when I picked it up.
