I have a hectic schedule as a mom of 4 and they always work with my schedule for oil changes etc. In 5 or so years when I need a new car I will come back to Sunset first. More

Lack of communication, Picked up my truck to find out that i owed them 162$. When i was called to be informed that my truck was done "no one " told me i owed them.. little p Picked up my truck to find out that i owed them 162$. When i was called to be informed that my truck was done "no one " told me i owed them.. little pissed off!!!!!! My truck has told me many of times to tighten gas cap. But was tight ever time i check. Also rough start when using key start.. they charged me diagnostic ... And found nothing as always!!!! the service advisor came across very rude and short while talking to her before and after. If you dont like people or your job, or want to help people !! FIND A NEW JOB!!! More

Oil change I was a couple of minutes late to my appointment but still was in and out in a timely matter. I was also offered a car wash as long as I could leave i I was a couple of minutes late to my appointment but still was in and out in a timely matter. I was also offered a car wash as long as I could leave it with them. They said it would be done in a couple of hours. My husband picked me up to run errands which would probably take a couple of hours. Perfect!! We left and it was done in less time and my car was very clean 😉 More

Very good experience. I brought in 2 vehicles for major repairs at the same time. There was a parts delay due to weather. Christine, the service advisor, gave me updates on I brought in 2 vehicles for major repairs at the same time. There was a parts delay due to weather. Christine, the service advisor, gave me updates on a daily basis on the delays and would give me an approximate time of competition. I picked them up both clean, and the repairs were perfect. Above and beyond I get my included (with vehicle purchase for life) oil changes.
