Next day did some research to find out the truck was truly $85,999! Not only did the salesman, but the finance person was trying to get a $7,000 bonus for themselves. Tried to reach out to the Sales Manager but have not gotten a phone call or response, so I am thinking that this wasn't the first time and it won't be the last with shady business!! More
Absolute disappointment. We have been yanked around by everyone here. Every time our vehicle goes in for service, it comes back with more issues! A new leak, new scratch, now our entire stereo system is not working after they had the truck for 6 weeks! The truck they sold was a lemon, had to have rear axle replaced within 2 months of buying it, turbos failed, breaks failed, warranty we were told would cover everything didn't and we still have to pay out of pocket. Sunset Ford is a fair, no-pressure, dealership. They have a great selection and they seem to do their best to help you find just the right vehicle for you. Nothing bad, just think that when someone is spending thousands of dollars and spending an entire day plus (we came back the next day) that they should be offered more than vending machines to buy their own water or coffee. I brought my low mile truck in for an oil change and it came back to me with an oil leak, so I took it to another shop and they said that someone loosened and removed bolts causing oil feed tube to leak fr came back to me with an oil leak, so I took it to another shop and they said that someone loosened and removed bolts causing oil feed tube to leak from the side of TIMC, I had to pay sunset 300.00 to diagnose a problem that did not exist until they had it in there shop. The damage to repair what they did cost me $1,413.97, I do not recommend this shop to anyone, and they will never get my business again. More

I purchased my F150 from Craig a few years ago. It was such a great experience, I knew he could help my son replace his car. I've moved out of tge area, so having someone as nice and trustworthy It was such a great experience, I knew he could help my son replace his car. I've moved out of tge area, so having someone as nice and trustworthy as Craig gave me peace of mind. He even went the extra mile and sent me a picture of my son, his fiancee and their new to them car. Priceless! More
