I bought my 2018 f-150 when it was brand new to sunsets lot. Had to go through an extensive inspection before we could take it home, and not even a year later the transmission goes out, which shouldn’t be lot. Wrong, my truck has been at sunset for 3 months now, their warranty company they are partnered with refuses to give details to anyone other than the dealership and they are trying their hardest not to pay, and sunset acts like it’s their first time dealing with a warranty company when their warranty is literally what they are known for. Honestly if I could give negative stars I would I am not pleased with their service whatsoever! More

Really bad is the second time we had a recall and they not able to provide a vehicle over a month waiting end up charging us for a recall, because they had to charge the battery after we told them the veh not able to provide a vehicle over a month waiting end up charging us for a recall, because they had to charge the battery after we told them the vehicle was parked over a month end up paying almost 200 dollars. The sale and all that was great. What we learned as we got free loaners for life and free oil changes. Is the goal of the service department is to xxxx you off so bad that you go somewhere else.
