I was charged a $200 diamostic fee for a mis diagnosis of an oil leak at the oil pan on a 2023 Rogue. I had the oil pan replaced by my long term ASE mechanic. No damage at all on the original pan. Actual lea an oil leak at the oil pan on a 2023 Rogue. I had the oil pan replaced by my long term ASE mechanic. No damage at all on the original pan. Actual leak appeared to be much higher and should have been covered under warranty. Suntrup service staff are friendly enough, yet need to be correct in diagnosis. Follow up the day following appointment was to include a call from the Service Manager. No call back or follow up. Unfortunately, any warranty work will go to another dealer moving forward. More
