I purchased a pre-owned vehicle last year from this dealership, I also purchased an extended warranty. I took my car to have the transmission replaced since it started having problems shortly after buy dealership, I also purchased an extended warranty. I took the car to have the repairs completed, it was supposed to go to the dealership of the make of car, however, Lexus techs worked on the car... Upon receiving my car I noticed pieces of my dashboard missing, I was accused by service dept. employee Randy that the shop was not responsible for the missing pieces... It was reported to us the car is in need of brakes, in effort to get the brakes replaced we learned that nearly all lug nuts are damaged, the are rounded out, the only people that have touched those lug nuts was Lexus techs... My front bumper is out of alignment after the repair... The transmission is not repaired correctly, its doing the same thing it was doing when we took it to Lexus and now I have to take it to another dealership for repair... I contacted Randy to address my concerns and the customer service was unprofessional, I was blamed for the missing pieces of my dash, I was told I would receive them in the mail, I am yet to receive them... When I had to call them about the lug nuts I was treated the same way except I was given excuse after excuse as to how my lug nuts got this way, I was blamed for it too... I also called the service manager and left several voicemails about these issues and he is yet to return my call... Randy advised they would not be replacing or reimbursing me for the replacement of lug nuts and cost of the repair for the lug nuts... Additionally, my bumper came back out of alignment and I also addressed Randy about it and I was told they are taking no responsibility for it, again stating Lexus techs did not do it... Now I have to take additional time out of my life and take care of the problems my car came back to me with after I took it to this dealership for transmission repair, which I have to have it repaired again Although, Randy did agree to pay for the deductible of my warranty when I take my car to be serviced by another dealership It's unfortunate this is the case, I have given them over a month to resolve these issues I did not take my car there to come back with more problems than it went there for and now cost I have to incur as well. I cannot recommend this dealership. More
I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again. More

From the moment I walked into Superstition Springs Lexus, I felt like family. Lorenzo wasn’t pushy at all and worked hard to make sure what I was buying was exactly what I wanted. Jon, the sales manager, was friendly and answered my questions honestly. There are no hidden costs here. Missael in Finance didn’t roll his eyes when he saw I came in with my own financing, but rather treated me like a customer and walked me through everything in detail. I can’t say enough positive things about this purchase. It took me less than 4 hours from the time I walked in to the time I left with a new car. You need to buy your next car here to understand what buying a car should feel like. More
Worked with Vincent and he searched for a year to find the vehicle I was looking for. He never gave up and he found that vehicle and I am so excited and I will for sure go back to him in the future.
