Fantastic experience! I was terrified to get my first brand new car but Suresky made it a great experience for me! The salesman that worked with me, Will, was extremely patient in my lack of understanding new cars, he was great at helping me find exactly what I wanted, and he spoke in real terms rather than BSing things. Once I purchased a car, Suresky had someone go over with me how to actually work the car and all of the technology in it. I had no clue about any technical aspect of cars and Rob was extremely patient in teaching it all to me and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable in a tech-savy car. Overall this was a great experience and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a car. More

The Service Department Stinks!! Took my caliber in to take care of a recall. Ended up keeping the car for the weekend, because a another recall was found. I have been through this before!! After being told to just take care of the recall, we have family that is a mechanic and will fix the car, the year old battery in my car was dead!! I can only assume that lights were left on, because after a jump box was used and the car driven home it was fine!! Not to mention charging me $6.40 for a new lugnut. Funny the lugnut was fine when my new tires were put on two days before!! I am so happy that I didn’t by my new car there!! More
