New to the area 1St time visting this dealership for sevice New to the area moved into OC from Westchester cty this dealership is the closest to me now , I took my 2017 Ram 2500 Laramie Meg Cab into for a ba New to the area moved into OC from Westchester cty this dealership is the closest to me now , I took my 2017 Ram 2500 Laramie Meg Cab into for a basic pm and a few recalls . I called them a few weeks to learn more about the service dept spoke with a advisor Ben. He was very helpful answered all my questions understood all my concerns . Do to my work schedule coming in on Saturday early to achieve everything was important to me . After our talk I told Ben I would call back asap once I knew I could make it in on a Saturday in April. the following the week I learned I would be off work on Saturday the 13th for a morning meeting. I called back asked for Ben he recalled out talk from the prior week. He was able to book me a 730am appt for the 13th to address all my recalls and to do a pm on truck. I was there at 720am drove in like Ben said to I was greeted by staff and pleasant young lady helped me with my appt. . I had a co worker pick me up for our 9am meeting I returned around 1115am to see my truck was not moved from were it was parked at 730am. The nice young lady in service advised they were pretty busy they were down a few techs being a Saturday but saw no reason way everything would not be addressed in time. A tech came and got my truck around 1140am and I was on my way just after 130pm. Everything got done no issue at all. The service dept is huge there is alot going on there but everyone was helpful and very nice to deal with. More

I purchased a 2019 Genesis G80 from Suresky Hyundai in Goshen, NY. What a pleasurable experience it was! My salesman, Tony Fumanti, had the patience of a saint! I didn't know what I wanted, so I test drove several vehicles, and Tony explained the features of them all. He also helped put me in the right vehicle for me and my needs! (There was a used Camaro on the lot that I just loved. However, for the long term, I know that the fun would have faded fast!) Tony made sure I purchased what I wanted, and not what he wanted to sell me! I was very happy to have all of his help and guidance. The fun did not end there! I was transferred from Tony to, Dayle Nuzzolese. He is the technical guy that knows everything there is to know about my car, and then some! The best part is, Dayle is enthusiastic about passing his knowledge on to you! You can ask as many questions as you want, and each one will be answered to your satisfaction & understanding. While I was with Dayle, Carlos Gonzalez was working on my financing. When he was ready, I sat with a friendly and knowledgeable man who explained EVERYTHING! I understood everything about my financing and terms. When I was done with Mr. Gonzales, I was whisked off to the service department where I was introduced to my Genesis ambassador, who would coordinate all my servicing needs. I was amazed. I did not just buy a car from a dealership, I became part of the Suresky family. I have a team of dedicated professionals whose sole purpose is to keep my car running smoothly! It is very hard to find this level of service and dedication to customer service in today's purchasing climate.
