The whole process was a bit too long. The dealership needs to provide magazines or some kind of reading materials. We sat for hours and hours.
We are very pleased with the new CRV. We were very pleased with the employees that worked with us. Our second time buying a Honda. The first purchase was in 2003. Loved that car. Hopefully, we will have as good luck with this car also.
One more thing...Reading the window sticker...we were supposed to have a full tank of gas. We had less than half. Oops!

We informed our associate of our wants and needs and he took it from there. He answered all of our questions, taught us quite a deal about the model we had interest in, and allowed the process to proceed at our pace. A very good experience overall and we bought the car we wanted.
