My Review Of Sussex Honda:

We went out to purchase a used Volkswagen CC and stopped in at this dealership on a whim. Kevin Burke greeted us outside and was a very informative and not pushy regarding the used inventory we were looking at. He helped us stay on track and pursue our goal in finding an economical and cost effective vehicle. Mr Burke handled all our questions and found answers promptly to those outside his knowledge. The car was delivered the same day in almost the same condition in which we observed it except, for the detailer who had scratched it, which was a potential deal breaker for us. Kevin handled it in stride and was able to negotiate an acceptable fix for the dealership. Needless to say we never made it to the other dealership. Thank you.

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

I contacted Joe Vizzi a week ago requesting a quote on a 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L with RES. He responded within 30 minutes with a very reasonable offer. I told him my wife would be coming to test drive the vehicle. So my wife test drove vehicle last Saturday and really liked the vehicle. She explained we had a trade that would be part of the deal along with the lease. He gave her a lowball figure and I politely said not interested in a deal like that unless trade in offer increases.

Throughout the week Joe followed up with me daily asking me if there was anything he could do to earn my business. I told him he needed to be at a certain dollar figure in order to get the deal. He came in a bit higher than I wanted but it was a reasonable offer nonetheless. I told him I would weigh my options.

After visiting Lynne's Nissan Subaru in Belleville (aka chop shop) I was convinced I needed to deal with a professional outfit. I contacted Joe and told him I wanted to make a deal. He came in a bit lower than what I had expected and the deal was done. By the time I got there I was in and out of there in under an hour with the walk through included. I highly recommend Joe and his professionalism to any customer local to this dealership or even a bit further. Dealing with dealerships can seem arduous at times but the team at Sussex Honda knows how to get things done and work with customers to ensure they come away satisfied.

Joe Vizzi made my experience pleasant. He was efficient and informative. The deal was fair and I felt no pressure and any time. I came from a distance to buy a used car here and I won't hesitate to come back the next time I need a vehicle. I had a great experience at the dealership overall.

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

I have leased many cars at Sussex Honda. I love this dealership. Joe Vizzi, my salesman, was extremely knowledgeable about the new Civic I leased. I was given a test drive, and he explained fully every feature on the car. He gave me much personal attention. I also received an excellent price for the lease.I always have received excellent service whenever I have leased a car at Sussex Honda, and this time was no exception. I plan on continuing my business with Sussex Honda in the future.

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

Had a great experience at Sussex Honda. Jason was a great sales consultant. He was a straight shooter and did give us the run around.
Had a bad experience at a different Honda dealership and lost interest with Honda but when we met Jason and he explained everything to us I got my interest back. We will defiantly recommend Sussex Honda and Jason to friends and family. Ajay the finances guy was great and explained everything to us.

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

I had a very positive experience at Sussex Honda. Our salesman Joe Vizzi did a great job of making me and my family feel comfortable during the buying experience. This included showing us the vehicles features and taking us out for a test drive. Moreover, when it came time to pickup our car, Joe gave us a call and told us that there was a slight defect in the paint that the dealership would fix immediately. Joe was true to his word and the car was fixed quickly and very well. When we picked up our car, Joe was very helpful in showing me the features again and getting all of the paperwork in order and settling the signing quickly. He also showed me where the service department was and how to drop off my new vehicle at night if I needed to.

As a car buyer I want to feel that a car salesman and dealership give me a fair price, takes care of my needs, educates me on the features of my new car purchase and that I do not feel pushed into buying a car. My hat goes off to Joe Vizzi and the team at Sussex Honda for meeting my expectations.

My experience with Sussex Honda was excellent. My son and I came into the dealership knowing what we wanted, and they were able to provide it for us. Pricing on the vehicle was fair & reasonable in my opinion and all of the employees we dealt with were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

I gave fives across the board, Padraig was spot on. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, but the experience was comfortable and enjoyable. Padraig was knowledgeable and easy to talk too. Give Sussex Honda a shot you won't be disappointed.

My Review Of Sussex Honda:

As a lifetime Honda owner, I already knew the manufacturer I wanted to buy from when the lease expired on my Crosstour. The only problem was that the dealership I had used in the past was over 200 miles away due to a relocation for business.
I was very pleased to find based upon a blind internet bid process through the Honda web-site, that Sussex Honda in my new area, meet and exceeded my past experience with Burns Honda.

What they exceeded my Expectations:
1. Web Internet Bid was answered within 1 hour
2. Joe Vizzo who responded, guided me through the evaluation process of the other two dealers that answered the bid. To make sure that I was getting the best and fair price
3. Sussex has the only dealer that took the time to contact me in person
4. They met the lowest fair price to close the deal
5. When I arrived at the dealership, Joe and the team had the car all of the paperwork ready, and I was out of there in 45 minutes

Congratulations to Honda for managing and training your dealers to keep my business where every I may move, and to Sussex Honda to providing such a good experience. And finally to Joe for have the persistence to contact me directly, and walk me through the process to make sure I received the best deal.
