I apologize that there was an issue in the collision repair of your Jaguar. We typically preform a thorough inspection and obviously we did not do as great of a job as we should have. I realize this is a huge inconvenience, I sincerely appreciate your allowing us to make it right. Suttle Motors has been in business for over 120 Years and although we do make mistakes we do try very hard to correct them and make it right for our customers.
