I am very disappointed with my experience. My rear passenger tire sensor stopped reading tire pressure after that wheel was involved in a car accident. The body shop replaced the wheel, but the TPMS sensor issue remained. I was told it was likely just a low sensor battery and that it would cost around $30 to fix. Later, when I brought my car in to have the main battery replaced, I also asked them to look at the tire pressure sensor. Instead of a simple battery replacement, I was told that all four TPMS sensors were failing, but that the rear passenger sensor definitely needed to be replaced. I paid approximately $150 for that sensor replacement, along with other recommended repairs, bringing the total bill to nearly $500. The next day, immediately after driving the car, my brakes began making a loud scratching noise. They had not made any noise before I brought the vehicle in. I then had to spend nearly another $800 to repair the brakes. Now, the tire pressure sensor is having the exact same problem that I originally brought the car in for. After spending well over $1,200 on repairs, I am back where I started and have to take the car in again. I understand that vehicles can develop multiple issues over time, but it is extremely frustrating to pay for repairs only to have the original problem remain unresolved while new problems appear immediately afterward. I expected the repairs to fix the issue I came in for, and unfortunately that has not been my experience. More
