My recent experience at Swickard Honda was extremely disappointing. After a 24-hour wait with no communication on my vehicle's status, I went to the dealership only to be dismissed by the service manage disappointing. After a 24-hour wait with no communication on my vehicle's status, I went to the dealership only to be dismissed by the service manager and told that no one in leadership had time to speak with me. The complete lack of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable, and I was forced to leave without my car being serviced. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. The service manager was more focused on finishing his breakfast and fixing 2 personal computers and completed disregarded my request to speak for 5 minutes regarding the lack of follow-up from his staff. Can't blame the staff if leadership is POOR. Customer Service is NOT a priority for this service center - clearly FOOD and SELF INTEREST exceed customer care. More

Over the past two years, I’ve brought my car in for basic maintenance, which has generally been smooth, with reasonable wait times and clear communication. However, during my most recent visit for an oil change and tire rotation, the mechanic suggested replacing the engine and cabin air filters based on my car's mileage and appearance. I was quoted $130 for both, which I accepted for convenience, despite knowing I could do it myself for $30–50. When I received the final bill for $220.99, I was told the initial quote was only for one filter, and the advisor apologized for not making this clear. I paid the full amount, but was disappointed by the lack of transparency. In summary, per my experience, I recommend this dealership for new vehicle purchases and warranty-covered service. However, I do not trust them for other service work due to unclear pricing, and I will not be returning for non-warranty maintenance. The lesson I learned was to always request an itemized quote up front before performing any service work. More
Dishonest, unethical sales dept. They have a sign posted "Free Evaluation". It's just a come on. I waited all day for my free evaluation.
