The Service Dept is in complete Dis-array. No one will return your calls, always unavailable and in meetings. I wish we had taken the Next Door Comments more seriously that had posted the same types of warnings . More
The service person was pleasant but I feel I didn’t get the same service as previous visits. It was a scheduled maintenance appointment but when I picked up the vehicle nothing was included that told me ab the same service as previous visits. It was a scheduled maintenance appointment but when I picked up the vehicle nothing was included that told me about tire wear, brake wear etc. previously on other visits I received papers giving me detailed information about many items, this time just a printout about what they did(oil change &brake fluid) It seemed like since it was my last maintenance with the Honda service contract I had purchased with the vehicle that it was just not as thorough. Almost like they didn’t care. Previous visits my car was always washed also, but not this time. That wasn’t as important of course, but I left thinking the service definitely was not the same. I don’t think this was the service persons fault, I appears maybe a policy change within the department. I definitely was not happy. More
Don’t waste your time trying to shop here. I came to Swickard Honda of Thousand Oaks fully ready to lease a car same day. I had already done my research, spoken with other dealers, and knew ex I came to Swickard Honda of Thousand Oaks fully ready to lease a car same day. I had already done my research, spoken with other dealers, and knew exactly what a good lease deal looked like, especially given how many EVs are sitting on lots right now (this dealership still has NEW 2024 models on the lot, which I also would have strongly considered if they had offered). After spending 2+ hours with the salesman discussing the trims and options available for the car, instead of a professional conversation, I was met with open hostility from the finance manager. When I asked for a lease price breakdown, he flat out refused and aggressively told me to leave. It blew my mind because I just asked for numbers on a lease of any trim or possibly even model, close to the amount I wanted to pay. I was prepared to sign that day, but was aggressively told they were not interested in making any deal at all. Every other Honda dealership I have spoken to since then has respectful and had a basic understanding of the current low value EV market. This was the only one within 500 miles that responded with arrogance, profanity, and zero professionalism. If you’re considering doing business here, I strongly recommend doing your research online first, and then going to literally any other dealership nearby. There are great lease deals out there, especially on EVs, and plenty of dealers who will treat you like a human being. This place clearly isn’t one of them. More

Swickard Honda Service department leaves much to be desired. Went in for oil change and Service rep says my valve cover gasket is leaking and needs to be replaced $500.00 He failed to say that my car desired. Went in for oil change and Service rep says my valve cover gasket is leaking and needs to be replaced $500.00 He failed to say that my car's warranty is still valid and the work should cost me ZERO!! Conor McCormick was the rep. watch your wallet and stay away from this guy!! When I tried to call the service rep, he was always busy with other customers, can't get to the phone. When I asked for the Service Manager, he was always in meetings. I tried numerous times to get a hold someone in Service, no response. Do yourself a favor and don't go to Swickard Honda dealer. Terrible Service and all they want to do is take your money. Over 200 dealers in California, find another. More
