18 days after my purchase. I purchased a GM Truck (Chevy Tahoe) on 1/5/2015 from TSJ Auto Brokers. I received the best treatment from Justin T. Smith, and other workers from TSJ Auto Brokers during the purchase, and while I was handing them my down payment. Immediately after my purchase I kept receiving emails, and text messages from Justin T. Smith pressuring me to write a review of TSJ Auto Brokers on the Dealer Rater website. I received (4) emails, and (3) text messages pressuring me to leave a review within the course of four days. During my 18 days of having the GM vehicle in my possession, I contacted Justin T. Smith repeatedly inquiring about the permanent plates, and registration for my vehicle. Justin T. Smith kept telling me that he will find out and call me back. Mr. Justin T. Smith never returned my call regarding my inquiry about the permanent plates and registration. I then phoned the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission and gave them the VIN # to the GM truck that I purchased, and found out that TSJ Auto Brokers never made an attempt to file paperwork that registers the car in my name. So according to the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, TSJ Auto Brokers, have lied to me about being able to issue me any permanent plates or registration due to a non-compliance on their behalf. I was referred to the Ocean County Department of Consumer Affairs, by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. The Ocean County Department of Consumer Affairs made me aware that TSJ Auto Brokers had various complaints for fraud, and non-compliance in the years 2013, and 2014. More
