I was quoted a price on the phone before I came. I made sure of the price because I could have done the work myself but figured if it was reasonable I would have the dealer do it. Not only that, but they also added a disposal charge that if it were legitimate I may have overlooked but due to the dishonest practices I just witnessed I was confident they would have just thrown my old parts in the regular trash. I actually read something like this as a review of this dealership on the Internet and figured maybe it was an isolated incident but I am starting to think this maybe business as usual.
