I had 3 free oil changes as part of the deal when I bought the car. It was a bit of a hassle to talk to the service guys about it: - I mentioned it when I dropped the car and asked them to contact th bought the car. It was a bit of a hassle to talk to the service guys about it: - I mentioned it when I dropped the car and asked them to contact the sales guy 'cause I had nothing written about it; they would ensure me they will take care of it - when it was time to pick the car and pay I had another round of talking and waiting for the issue to be resolved. Fortunately, the 3rd time things went smooth and they did contact the sales guy prior. One thing I did not like was the fact that maintenance work is not recorded properly in the service book. Last time I had to address the issue w/ the service manager and it was promptly taken care of. I specifically mentioned the same concern to the young guy who did the paperwork for the car when I dropped it, but to no avail. The forms the service guys fill out for inspection also could be more thoroughly completed; example: only in the first of the 3 oil changes did someone record tire thread readings. More

was my first visit to the service dept. Very clean. customer lounge very comfortable while waiting on your service. my bill was less than the initial estimate. That was great news. very satisfied. Service write up guy was excellant and prompt with a answer to my question. Very friendly and mannerable. Got me out in a timely manner. Noticed he was smiling when talking with others. I was told service on my vehicle would take 2 - 3 hours TOPS and after 3 hrs I asked how much longer and was told 30 minutes. I had a 5 month old & 2 yr old waiting with me and it ended up being over 5 hrs TOPS and after 3 hrs I asked how much longer and was told 30 minutes. I had a 5 month old & 2 yr old waiting with me and it ended up being over 5 hrs to look at simple things and I didn't get everything taken care of. I got frustrated and left. I'll take it to another dealership to have my questions answered. I work in a people business and was shocked at the lack of respect of keeping me informed as to what was going on with my vehicle. I was offered a ride at the beginning, but I had enough things with me to keep the girls occupied and offered another ride once I was told it was going to be 30 minutes. It seemed senseless to take a shuttle at that point. More
