Our initial sales representative Fabio was very rude. We had an appointment to view a specific vehicle we wanted to purchase. When we got there he told us that vehicle was in their body shop which was th We had an appointment to view a specific vehicle we wanted to purchase. When we got there he told us that vehicle was in their body shop which was the first issue because we drove 1 1/2 hours for this vehicle and nobody told us we couldn't drive it away that day. We continued to waste time by going to the body shop to look at it in a terrible state. We started looking at other vehicles after and he acted like we were wasting his time and he kept talking about how he wasn't making any money off us the longer we were there searching for a vehicle. We got into an altercation due to how unprofessional he was and he stormed off inside. We followed him and went back to his desk where someone had removed our chairs. We stood at his desk for 5 minutes with no chairs until another rep offered us some. This actually ended up with the manager getting involved and he removed Fabio and gave us another sales rep. Fabio pointed and yelled at us after storming off and being told by the manager to leave. Phil the manager is 5 stars. He's fantastic so this rating is in no way on him. We worked with the new sales rep Alese who was outstanding and ended up purchasing our vehicle. There was a small discrepancy between vehicle pricing though due to the fact that they forgot to add the cost of our trade in which made the total jump 5K. We worked out a deal still. The next thing I can say is that we were told this car would be detailed which it wasn't. There was food crusted to the inside of the cup holder and random spills of liquid from the staff there that used that vehicle as their service vehicle. Also, there was 0 windshield washer fluid so obviously the service department didn't check anything. The oil was not changed either, we got the vehicle at 40% which is annoying for everything we'd been through. No free oil changes or anything offered after the entire ordeal. At that time we wanted to leave and not deal with anything else so we left with our new dirty non-serviced vehicle. More
