Everyone at the dealership, from sales to service are always willing and able to get answers for me. Like I always forget how to work the coffee pot in the lobby. I've already refered a friend who is looking into getting a new car to go to Taylor and ask for any of the Harrigan's. More

When I picked up the car it made more noise than when it was dropped off by the tow company. A few days later it would not start again and I had to have it towed back in. James told me that the starter th was dropped off by the tow company. A few days later it would not start again and I had to have it towed back in. James told me that the starter they had put in initially was bad and that was what was making the noise. Since the new starter has been put in the car so far I have not had any problems. More

Paying extra for the Platinum Card allows 2 times/month car wash and vacuum. The Birthday Mini-Detail should include way more than just adding washed windows and wiping the area under the window to that! car wash and vacuum. We asked the service man in charge take the car back in when it was finished to get crumbs and dirt located on the sides of the front seats and the also got the crumb that was on the back seat. He agreed it wasn't up to par. He also had them wipe the cup holder area in the front between the seats which wasn't included in the birthday detailing. (His costumer service was great!) I think this and wiping the doors down on the inside should also be included OR just give a super nice detailing at least once a year for the birthday detail. Went to Taylor to look at Accent as a possible trade in. Service Department is great and have never been keep out of the loop on and issue with my car.They keep me updated and if I run across something I call them and they check if need,it gets done.
