Destination charge in window sticker but they will add on a second time in breakdown of cost. They will add additional equipment and not have it listed on the window sticker and this will be added to the cost as well. On nov23 2024 i purchased a 2021 Lincoln navigator black l. I've had the worse experience of my entire life purchasing a vehicle the day after i purchased the vehicle i open the hood and notice their was a l. I've had the worse experience of my entire life purchasing a vehicle the day after i purchased the vehicle i open the hood and notice their was a part missing to cover the engine i call the salesmen and told him about it. he didn't reply right away after days i called and he told me i had to talk to the service manager . i called and finally texting back a forth he said he would order the part weeks later i called to find out if he ordered the part i was told he didn't order the part forgot to hit send. i waited its the day after Christmas i told him i haven't received anything yet. i also told him my tag have expired so now i can't drive the vehicle i purchased 11/23/24 . now he tell me there is something wrong with information to contact me and they need a copy of my insurance card with i had already gave a copy to them two days after i brought vehicle i sent to the salesman i purchased the car from and he said he would get it to the proper personnel. for a week i was not able to drive my new vehicle . now I finally got the tags but still no one has sent the missing part to me .now i referred to another manager he tells me he can get the part but it will be used so i said ok he I'm still waiting .I get InTouch with the manager to see what's going on and an I'm offer a fee for the used part. I have all the texts and information and names of all the ted britts Chevrolet sterling VA personal involved with this transaction . I believe this entire transaction was handle wrong the part missing engine cover should have been an easy fix . be assured I'm not done with this if I'm called and someone takes care of this i will move on look up this ordeal an this type of service doesn't look good for your business More

I asked for an inspection to be done and it didn’t happen. I usually get a report listing the conditions of things, but never got it. I do not look forward to bringing my vehicle in anymore. The staff at the service desk are barely professional. Past couple times I was there they barely communicated to me what was going on with my vehicle. This past time, the inside of my vehicle was more dirty than when I left it. The mechanics don’t wash their hands before touching things like my steering wheel. The stitching isn’t white anymore from last time and it was grimy when put my hands on it this time around. Also, I can tell they left my driver side door open when it was being worked on because there was dust and some white shavings in my vents and down along the inside of my door. I’m upset, and have been for a while with the Ted Britt dealership. I had a really unpleasant interaction with one of the guys in the parts department a couple times back. After three months of dreading it, I finally went back to talk to someone about my situation. The manager who I spoke to called that parts guy in to see if he would work with me, but he didn’t and was rude on top of it. The manager helped me out and made it right. Anyways, it was a bad experience and I lost trust in that dealership after that. Bringing my vehicle in again this past time was just another disappointment. I’m not the one to complain but I felt like I needed to speak up. More

As seasoned buyers, we felt rushed with this experience. We had to request team members to leave the room so we could talk in private. No vehicle manual was in the new truck. Salesman was very friendly. Manager was not congenial & just wanted to close the deal before we even decided to purchase. There were no other customers in the dealership but they were in a rush to move us out. It wasn’t near closing time but would have thought otherwise. More
