Heard nothing for three weeks and was told to call Chevy Corporate to "push it through" (as if I'm going to get a better contact at a giant corporation than the people who work for the dealership). After a month of no updates and no progress, I submitted for a lemon law reimbursement that was stalled at every step, including being told they couldn't replace the car because there was nothing available to match the model that I bought. At one point the dealership apparently sat on paperwork for a week because "They thought this was already handled" despite they doing nothing. It took more than three months to finally settle and get my money back. "Ted Britt for Life" isn't a perk, it's a warning that you're stuck with their terrible service from the moment you drive off the lot. Don't know what car I'll replace this with, but whatever model, it won't be from a Ted Britt dealership. More

After months of frustration Geico suggested an unannounced check on the vehicle. I found it in the back. It started right up. The radio wasn't working but that was because the middle wasn't plugged in. I called the GM (Jason Fischbein to ask about their total lack of call backs and comminication: "Our communication could be better; but if we were perfect you couldn't afford us! Ha Ha Ha... He has a singular wit. I bought my car there from a very nice man. I found their service department who I was very nice to the day Geico and I visited to be dismissive and did not dream to me. Even when directly spoken to. I don't know if this was a thing between Geico and the Dealer or whst I just know the next dealer said my car shouldn't have been there for more than 30 days no matter what they had to do. Sure enough Mark, the service manager who called me only after I left a review like this; said "we have cars thst have been here over a year! but here I am bending over backwards"to "help you out". My car was out of there by the end of the day. Best decision I made and it will never be serviced there again even though it was purchased there less than a year ago. Just totally don't get why they did whst they did. I would hsve been a loyal customer. More
BEWARE of this dealership. They have chosen to add several additional fees associated with the purchase of a vehicle. In addition to the required destination fee listed on the They have chosen to add several additional fees associated with the purchase of a vehicle. In addition to the required destination fee listed on the window sticker, they have essentially doubled that figure by adding a freight/PDI fee to the final price of the vehicle. Furthermore, they have chosen to apply a dealer processing fee to the final price of the new vehicle. These additional fees are legal by Virginia law but optional by the dealership to be added to the new car price. Ted Britt has chosen to apply these two optional additional fees which add a significant price increase to the purchase. More
The staff was overwhelmingly caring about getting me into my new car. They communicated with me from the initial contact down to the signing of my vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with my new car. They communicated with me from the initial contact down to the signing of my vehicle. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with the Ted Brit Team at Sterling, VA. Honorable mentions to CJ and Emily (exceedingly friendly too) who were professional and knowledgeable, but went the extra mile to accommodate my needs to purchase my new car. More

I would give a zero to this place. I’ve purchased from different dealerships in the past and by far they are the worst. Poor customer service in service department. Sold me a warranty I’ve purchased from different dealerships in the past and by far they are the worst. Poor customer service in service department. Sold me a warranty but warranty doesn’t cover anything. When car is in shop they are supposed to give you a loaner car. Never have one to give. Damaged my car and did not take responsibility. Instead they were rude and pushed me out the shop. Call police will take legal action. Beware More

Tedd Britt is still demonstrating negligence towards their Customers' safety. I previously posted a review exposing my experience with the excuse of a business. Here is an update: I received a phone call from Dave Lantz, Customer Experience Manager, the day before my maintenance appointment cancelling said appointment. I was told that the dealership no longer would do business with me after I called out their pathetic business practices and informed them I would be pursuing Lemon Law litigation for my incredibly defective vehicle. They are refusing to fix the manufacturing deficiencies and gross safety issues. Tedd Britt is sticking their head in the sand, hiding from addressing issues their Customer is experiencing. Incredible. Buy a Ford. More
