We recently purchased a F150 Lightning--all electric truck. Bill James, the salesperson, introduced us to the features of the truck and has helped us work through understanding charging the truck. They then claimed it was recalled, which was a lie. They then told him after being caught in the lie that they would locate him a replacement, which is another lie because they will no longer answer his calls. I would not recommend doing any sort of business with people who act this way. These people are a prime example why dealerships have bad reputations. Mistakes happen but lying and being deceitful are unconscionable and shouldn’t be tolerated. More

We were looking for awhile for a truck when we went to Ted Russell Ford and met Mary Lynn. My husband was set in a truck with a list of things and he wasn’t settling for anything less. Well Mary Lynn found what he wanted and when we saw it we were extremely satisfied. It was more than we expected. Mary Lynn is very knowledgeable and honest. Took over two months to order a replacement part that they me would take a week to get, then still charged me $760 to install it. Every time I called the store to try to get a hold of the guy who oversaw the original repair, I would just get his voicemail, and he never called me back, despite me leaving probably 20 voicemails over the course of a week. Avoid having your car serviced here at all costs. More
I have bought 3 trucks. After the sale you are not important anymore. I will not be back there. My time is important too. They reneged on their promise to make it right. No contact. No follow-up. No nothing. Nothing! Well, they will get nothing else from me! Over $100,000.00 in purchased trucks and this crappy customer service? Not another dime spent there! My salesman did an exemplary job helping me get my last truck. His dedication and customer care was great. But after the sale management dropped the ball and lost them a long time customer. I will be sure to spread the word too! More

In Dec '21 I was able to get an appt in 2 days to check out the a/c in my NEW '21 Explorer that had not worked since purchase in Nov '21 at Lenoir City Ford. LC Ford would not work on the vehicle due to 6 out the a/c in my NEW '21 Explorer that had not worked since purchase in Nov '21 at Lenoir City Ford. LC Ford would not work on the vehicle due to 60 day service backlog. After trying for a month to get LC Ford to check the vehicle a/c (and then repair it), I called Ted Russell Ford and got an appt in 2 days. When I arrived for my appt on 23 Dec. I was rec'd at service by Randy Turner and he gladly put the vehicle in the TRF shop. In 2 hours they found the problem and had it repaired. The Ford assembly factory forgot to charge the a/c with freon, but thanks to Ted Russell Ford it works great now. More
