These guys convinced me that what I was looking for was right there and was the best they could offer for me, and they were right. The sales guys were really courteous and helpful in answering my questions. Bill and Vince took my case and I was pleased with the way they handled the deal. The dealer did have lot of choices for the particular manufacture/model that I was looking for and Bill was eager enough to let me test drive any cars there. I would highly recommend this dealer for buying Honda cars and make sure you let them know your preferences and difficulties and they would arrange a good finance deals, base price deals and/or other deals. Everything about Tempe Honda is so outstanding that it is the first auto dealership that I have entrusted with the care and maintenance of my car. From the greeting of the service writer to the delivery of the cleaned car after work has been completed they do everything possible to make the experience pleasant and satisfying.To start, they give an accurate estimate of the time it will take to be completed. Then depending on my schedule I can take their shuttle to a place within a 10 mile radius or I can wait in a comfortable waiting area where there is coffee, tea, water, fruit, cookies, newspapers and TV available, all at no cost. Above all is the fact that my 2003 Civic with about 105,000 miles still runs and rides as well and as efficiently (36-38 mpg) as it did when we first bought it. Add to that the fact that their work was done correctly the first time, every time. I have never had to return there for a problem which wasn't corrected. These are the reasons I am so high on Tempe Honda. Wouldn't you be also? More
