My Review of Terry Labonte Chevrolet:
After purchasing a 2006 Toyota Tacoma I noticed on the way home the tires had a vibration at around 55 mph. I called the dealership the day after I purchased this truck notifying them of the problem. Mr. Crawford informed me he would speak with his manager and call me back. Four days later I still had not heard from him, so I called back. He then informed me that there is nothing they could do. I stated, "After spending over $26,000 on this truck, you can't balance the tires?" Mr. Crawford said, "there is nothing we can do about it, for all we know you hit a pot hole on the way home."

I feel this is very poor way to handle business with a new customer...

My Review of Terry Labonte Chevrolet:
I purchased a Corvette as an out-of-state customer. They worked with me, dealing with all of the unsual aspects of a non-local delivery. They also gave me a fair price. They have earned a repeat customer.
