Comfortable Purchase I bought a Mazda Miata (sight unseen) from this dealership in December. James was the person I was in contact with. He had only been with this place I bought a Mazda Miata (sight unseen) from this dealership in December. James was the person I was in contact with. He had only been with this place for about a month, but he handled my situation very well. When he didn't have an answer for me, he went and got it from another source. I wouldn't have bought the car without the help of Sheila, the manager. She put me at ease about buying the car without seeing or driving it. She made me feel reassured that I wasn't being taken by the typical feeling you might get when buying a used car. I felt so much better about this purchase after talking with her. She was just as nice when I finally went to actually buy the car. Steve handled the financial part of the purchase. He and Sheila were both very efficient to make sure I had everything I needed when I took the car to my state. Steve never pushed any extra coverages during the purchase. I don't usually buy used cars from a dealership, but I would certainly recommend dealing with these people if anyone is looking to buy a car. More

They handled all the details They gave us the time we needed to inspect the car and test drive. (Four stars because the lot lighting could be brighter for shopping after dark.) We They gave us the time we needed to inspect the car and test drive. (Four stars because the lot lighting could be brighter for shopping after dark.) We didn't feel pressured to make a decision. They handled the trade-in of our current vehicle, transfer of tags, and all the paperwork efficiently. The MD inspection was already completed. We were grateful to just write a check and drive home in our new (for us) car. More

Never go anywhere when buying a used a car. He treated my daughter with great respect and put her in a car she loves and can afford. My daughter was able to buy a car without a co signer.
