WE JUST BROUGHT OUR XC90 IN FOR ITS FIRST SERVICE. WE HAD JOHN TO TAKE CARE OF US. HE WAS ABLE TO ANSWER SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CAR THAT WE DID NOT UNDERSTAND. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. Service is horrible at The Volvo Store in Winter Park. Service Manager is rude and they have no respect for your time. I made an appointment and the car took over 4 hours to get the free service. We decided to trade it in on something a little smaller,thats when we got the V-50 we have now same salesman june sold it to us, while most other car companies are raving about their 2 yr service plans we have a 5 year plan that includes everything but tires. What's not to love about that. More

Our car broke down on our way home from Walt. Disney world. We called the volvo store and talked to Lou. He had us to bring the car right in.we discovered that he is from our home town. These guys are unreal, $89.00 oil change charge, and they ALWAYS call you wthin an hour to say you need a $400-$1000 thing fixed, I mean ALWAYS. Absolutely DO NOT I repeat DO NOT take your car to the Winter Park Volvo Store. I have spent over $4,000.00 on the same problem!!! I have pick up my car 3 times in Dec just to find myself broke down on th Winter Park Volvo Store. I have spent over $4,000.00 on the same problem!!! I have pick up my car 3 times in Dec just to find myself broke down on the side of the road again!! Dave is rude and extremely dishonest. Everytime I get my car back there is something more wrong with it than when I took it in, but somehow they claim it is a new problem. They down right can't do a tune up right! I had to have my brakes re-bled cause I had weak brakes, wasn't like that before it went in! I am told two times later that I need new tires when I didn't need them before I went in! I paid for a new key and it was a cem problem or was it? I paid for a new cem module and a day and half later the codes are back on with no window function!!! Funny the windows worked before I went in! I was told oh no it is the fuel pump just to find out late uhh no it wasn't. Current state broke down and going to the news. I have found nothing but bad reviews on the elite Winter Park Location! Only decent human being in there is Kim in the enterprise department. Spare yourself some big bucks because they are incompetent!!! More
