Great experience! Start off, my wife and I went to the dealership to check out new cars and decided that we would not be buying anythings right away. We met a salesman, Samuel Zylstra who was very understanding of our decision. Sam listened to both of our concerns and after we explained that the vehicle would be for my wife he focused on her needs. We picked out a few different cars and went on some test drives. Sam did a great job of explaining the vehicles and their specific features. After some time, my wife and I narrowed the choices down to two vehicles Sam was awesome in explaining the differences. I told Sam that we would not be making a decision until the following week due to wanting to check out other cars. Well, that night, my wife and I talked about our experience and how pleased we were with Sam and the cars. The following day, I took our trade in to the dealership to see what I could get for it and was pleased with the amount we were able to agree upon. Long story short, Sam was awesome in getting us into a brand new Jeep Patriot! I made sure to express to Sam how pleased I was with our experience and with his service especially. I HIGHLY recommend Sam for your next vehicle purchase and hope to go through him in the future. More

Sal's Review: Price is good but! Price for the cars are good but if you're looking to get a good trade for your car it's not going to happen. According to the manager Kelley Blue Book has never sold a car! Salesperson Faye did a great job on explaining and showing the car. Bought the car on a Monday took the car in on Friday to have an electric start put in which I pay for and they damaged my vehicle front bumper was scratch bad took it back that Friday show Kelli Boswinkle the service person that handle us at first and was told by Kelli Boswinkle service person that the Service Manager Brian Gain would look at the surveillance video and contact us two weeks later no reply! So went to Faye and she came threw for us. It toke two weeks to get the part in but it's finally got done and no one in management has said Sorry for the inconvenience or try to make it!!! Fix it after all the wait and no response is just not enough.. thank you Faye Giles for all you have done for us! More
