The oil change was done well. They did not turn off the need an oil change alert. I had my car in for an inspection last year and was told it would cost $1700 and had it done at They did not turn off the need an oil change alert. I had my car in for an inspection last year and was told it would cost $1700 and had it done at another garage for $700. Also I had a new battery put in last year and was told I needed all my fluids changed. The car only had about 35. - 40000 miles. Even another customer heard and thought that was not true. Every time I get a call to rate the service I say I’m not satisfied and get told by the automated service , no one is available and I would get a call back and that never happens either. More
