The dealership service is excellent. I have 3 new cars from here, always good service. However, the inability to get needed parts from Jeep was a big problem in this case. A loaner vehicle was not offered which left me without the car for months. It is unacceptable to sell warranties on cars and not be able to service the problem. Most of the issue involved sensors that were unobtainable from the manufacturer. I wasn’t able to get the required Penna car inspection because of this issue with getting parts. Jeep needs to step up and ensure the dealership can treat customers- loyal and repeat customers- well and ensure they are taken care of in a responsible way. I think getting a loaner car was needed because the problem was a corporate issue. In this evolving technological arena, upgraded service is needed when supply chains fail. It will come back to bite dealerships to leave customers stranded. More

The oil change was done well. They did not turn off the need an oil change alert. Also I had a new battery put in last year and was told I needed all my fluids changed. The car only had about 35. - 40000 miles. Even another customer heard and thought that was not true. Every time I get a call to rate the service I say I’m not satisfied and get told by the automated service , no one is available and I would get a call back and that never happens either. More
