Arsenio and his team regularly watch over me. I especially want to thank: Arsenio, Broderick, Louis, Denisa and Clint with whom I have had conversations on this last visit. Now, they still have my car. But it’s like a severe medical condition and though they have a diagnosis they’ve had a hard time finding the cause. I am sure this has caused them untold hours of digging and I am also very sure they will give me my car back in a most satisfactory condition. Service Dept is a joke. They do not take your calls (goes directly to voice-mail) which they do not return. I was told my softw Do not go here for service!!! I brought my 2016 Ram Eco-Diesel in earlier this year due to a malfunctioning DEF pump and tank. I was told my software would be updated after the repair. I researched the update and saw numerous complaints about losing power and fuel mileage after the update. I was assured, by the service manager, that this problem had been corrected. I agreed to the update. I don’t drive much so I hadnt had a chance to compare. Last week I drove to Texas and back. My truck has lost power,nand instead of the 30-31 HWY MPG I was accustomed to, I was lucky to get 20 MPG. I feel I have been intentionally misled in order to have an update put on my truck. And with the price of diesel at an all time high, this is a significant misrepresentation of the facts. I am out a substantial amount of money and driving an underpowered truck. I would like to hear some plausible input to rectify the situation. I feel my truck has been devalued by this misrepresented update. I have contacted them three times. Three times I was told I would be contacted. Nothing yet. Every time I recontact them they have no record of previous contacts. More

I wish that I could give the service department of this place a -5 star review but unfortunately that is just not an option. My so called service advisor made promise after promise and I’ve completely lost track of his excuse log for why my vehicle still isn’t done after them having it for going on a week for an hour fix. The ABSOLUTE worst service I’ve ever had or experienced from any dealership. Don’t be a fool like me and take your Dodge product to Thunder, take it to Lakeland Dodge. They’re far more honest and efficient than this place. Worst of all, whenever you call to speak to any kind of manager they’re all coincidentally off every day. What a complete JOKE this place is! I am 85. I have been driving to Thunder Chrysler twice a year for more than five years. I will always make the drive, pay the extra for dealership charges because they make sure to treat me and my beloved year for more than five years.
