Purchased a 2020 Mazda Certified Pre-Owned from dealership. Once we took the car home and cleaned out the glove-box, we discovered documentation showing that the vehicle had been wrecked twice tota dealership. Once we took the car home and cleaned out the glove-box, we discovered documentation showing that the vehicle had been wrecked twice totaling 45% of the vehicle's value. Weird…since CarFax had zero reported injuries. Of course, we shared the documents with dealership, to which they were very sympathetic and promised to: 1) find a replacement vehicle w/ same specs or 2) give us our money back. Well you can imagine what happened when 3 vehicles were not the same specs...no money back!! Only after getting Utah Commerce Division of Consumer Protection involved, did the dealership’s General Manager contact us to try to resolve. This is not a place to do 'honest' business!! More

They sold it to someone else, saying "It's first come, first serve". So not only did I lose out on the car, they hurt my credit and my co-signers. Not only will I never recommend them, I actively encourage you to go somewhere else. Even if just to save your credit rating. They sales person I was with was great. Management leaves much to desire. We have purchased 3 cars from Dahle Mazda in Murray. The first two were perfect and we were proud owners of those cars. We contacted them within a month when the 3rd, recently purchased car had an engin The first two were perfect and we were proud owners of those cars. We contacted them within a month when the 3rd, recently purchased car had an engine light come on. I contacted the sales manager who had the service department reach out to me, we paid them to assess the problem and the service department told us that we needed to have the engine replaced. They quoted $7,500 to put in a used engine with over 70k miles on it (the ruined engine had 79k miles) and they'd give us a 1 year warranty on the engine. I contacted several other places and the local Ford dealership said they would put in a NEW engine (0 miles on it) for $6,250. I was shocked! So I felt, incorrectly, that I had a trusting relationship with them. I thought that, even if they didn't give us a warranty, they certainly would have checked something like whether a major defect existed in the car before taking it in as a trade and before putting it back out to sell because they have a multi-million dollar service department and checking whether the engine was ruined required just a compression test to see if it was seriously defective. So I felt that their behavior was a betrayal of that trust I had naively had in them. And then to have them quote more to do the repairs with a used engine than we paid to have a new engine put in was a very disappointing discovery. I think they should be ashamed at their failure to insure we didn't have to immediately correct a very expensive defect. The sales team got their commissions. The owners got their profit from the sale. And they got it from a trusting customer who essentially had to pay a lot more for their car than an ethical business would have allowed to happen. Sadly I warn future customers about Dahle Mazda: caveat emptor! More
I bought a 2012 Chrysler 200 on 1/27/2023 for $4,000 from them. The next day the check-engine light was on. I sent it out for repair. I paid $1,861.19 and drove it back on 2/8/2023. I sent it out again for repair. Drove back on 2/16/2023 after paying $946.05. But the light went on again the next day. The last diagnosis told me the engine need to be replaced. The cost would be $8,629.99. They sell lemon cars. Don't trust them! I don't envy them because what you do to others will be done to you multiplied. More
The worst dealerships ever dealt with. The service manager Damon is a condescending jerk and the GM Richard is a liar. Run away, don't walk. The service manager Damon is a condescending jerk and the GM Richard is a liar. Run away, don't walk. More
After 8 years of an amazing relationship with Mazda, loving my CX-5 Grand Touring and loyally servicing my car exclusively at Mazda service departments (Boniface Hiers Mazda) I feel obligated to highlig loving my CX-5 Grand Touring and loyally servicing my car exclusively at Mazda service departments (Boniface Hiers Mazda) I feel obligated to highlight when the MazdaUSA values and reputation are not being lived up to. The phrase “You don’t have to like it, you just have to accept it” (which is what the service representative told me when I asked about the integrity of the service) sums up my grievance with the local Time Dahle Salt Lake City Mazda. I have an included a summary of the actions that have resulted in my grievance. After bringing my car when in for standard services: o The car was returned to me missing the front insignia and I was told that I needed to pay $500 to replace it. The Service Representative told me that the technician highlighted the issue on the video that was taken when I first brought the car in. After I sat down with the Representative and we watched the video together, it was clear that it was not highlighted like the technician said. Despite this, they said it didn’t matter and that it was my job to be able to prove the condition of the car when brought it in, that they are not required to ensure the car is returned in the same condition unless I have explicit proof. o There were attempts to exploit me on multiple services. For example “your car really needs to have it’s AWD serviced.” My car is not an AWD vehicle. When I mentioned this, your representative said that my statement was “confrontational and not helping my case.” o I was called inappropriate names (i.e. an xxxxxxx, lier) which were explicit, unprofessional, and disrespectful • I was told that Mazda does not care about standing behind their product nor their reputation after the car is out of warranty • A technician made a point to remind me he “does not work for Mazda, I work for Tim Dahle so I don’t care what Mazda thinks” • I was told that it is my fault that I am driving a car with 175k miles and not a nicer car and that I should be thankful the front insignia lasted this long • I was told that they don’t want my business • They refused to give me back the loaner that I previously had when it was apparent we would not reach a resolution that day • They pointedly refused to introduce me to anyone in management to help resolve the issue More

A bunch of scammers. Nothing they say is the truth. The general manger is the guy who believes in intimidating tactics. And the most person you need to keep an eye on all Nothing they say is the truth. The general manger is the guy who believes in intimidating tactics. And the most person you need to keep an eye on all the time is their finances director I leased a cx 5 and after 5 days send me an email saying that I have to come back and sign new contract because my address is not correct, went there to find also they changed the due date and I have no idea what else has be changed, I refused to sign and told them they can have their car back but I’m not going to resign. From there things turn ugly and they started playing tactics to intimidate me and that they will take the care but they won’t refund my down payments. And they can repo my car and lose the money I paid. They don’t act as a decent car dealer. STAY AWAY AND PLEASE ADVISE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIND BOT TO TRUST THEM. More
