Your dealership leaves a lot to be desired. I am ashamed of myself, for purchasing such a horrible vehicle. I have to say though, for a 2016 it did run ok for the test drive and the 1hr. and 15 minutes to get home. Actually called my sales person on the way home and informed him the vehicle was shaking badly in the front end. Went in the next morning to speak with the sales manager. Tried to explain that i wanted my car fixed. Nope. Once you sign its your baby. He was KIND enough to inform me of this. Not positive, but he may have had a law degree in lemon laws, because he was so quick about explaining them to me. I proceeded to ask if his dealership stands behind their product at all. No, Kentucky has no lemon law. Not the answer i thought i would hear. To be fair they did fix a squeaky alternator and belt, they agreed to fix before purchase. It gets worse though! Took the car back 3 days later. The value of my vehicle dropped, almost half of what i payed for it. The bad news is I learned a hard lesson. There is good news though. I have learned a hard lesson. My experience here was short on integrity, short on customer satisfaction, and short on a decent vehicle.
