Bought a 2014 AWD vehicle less than 6 months ago. After driving this winter i am pretty sure the AWD didn’t work, so made an appointment—-yep. doesn’t work. I pay $90/month for a warranty that won’t cover this. so after paying $4000 more for a vehicle with AWD (which is kind of a necessity in minnesota) and $90/month for a platinum warranty that doesn’t cover—I now have to pay $2000, more to even get what i was sold in the first place. I was told i would get a call to see if there was anything they could do—never heard back. On top of inflated car prices, not disclosing that awd doesn’t work, selling an awd car for the price of an awd vehicle—-knowing it doesn’t work. The code showed immediately when diagnostic was done. minimally, they knew it didn’t work. Glad your business is doing so well——now i know why. More

Can't say enough on how great I was treated by Josh and Garrett. Initially I dealt with Brian, but the day I had planned to drive down from the metro to get the car, he was called away for NG duty, so Josh Garrett. Initially I dealt with Brian, but the day I had planned to drive down from the metro to get the car, he was called away for NG duty, so Josh helped me out and did a great job. This was honestly the most positive experience that I've had at any dealership. I put a deposit on the Accord back in late June and it arrived in early August. I checked out other Honda dealers in the metro (Brookdale, Hopkins and Richfield) and I didn't care for any of them and Brookdale had a $3000 markup on Accords. More
