My hands hurt from stress and holding the wheel and I took my diamond looking ring off my hand and placed it in the center consel. I told them my trasmission was leaking & the heat light for it came on. The said I needed to leave my car & have them run a diagnosis that would cost $60. I did. When I picked up my car, the diagnosis was exactly what I had already told them. No change. They typed it exactly how I explained it to them. My crystal ring was gone. It looked like a real diamond ring but was only valued at $200. The codes were erased & they quoted me $1,200 more than a transmission shop in Boise to replace it with a refirbirsed transmission. I complained and got my $60 back but the ring is long gone. I was told that those who drove my car worked here for years and would not steal a ring let alone look for a ring in my car. They also accused the tow truck for stealing my ring. My car was never towed. I am thinking of filing a police report. Don't leave anything slightly valuable in your car at this dealership!!!! They are overpriced and thieves! More
Cheated disappointed dishonest Bought a 2014 used vehicle. Vehicle was misrepresented on their Web page. After the haggling process, purchased anyway. Tires need to be replaced, after i was lied to, and told they were new. . Mileage was grossly misrepresented. I was told, and on the Web site mileage listed as 15k. Mileage was actually 25k miles. They also listed the vehicle as having the high end package, not true. Its a base model. That's lying. After I signed, and took delivery of the vehicle they told me they only had ONE key fob. Now I'm forced to pay $700 for a new fob plus couple hundred to have it programmed. That's cheating me, they refused any recourse. Didn't even give me enough gas to get to the nearest gas station. Didn't think I'd be stranded on the side of the road the first 10 I owned the vehicle. I will NEVER, EVER, EVER buy another vehicle from Tom Scott. Save yourself the time, trouble, and money. They'll make you bleed extra $. More
This place has the worst customer service I've ever received. They ordered the wrong parts and refused to take responsibility for their mistake. This dealership has excellent customer service - they are always friendly, helpful and it's clear they care about their customers. They even offered me a loaner car when I had service done there.
